Build a dang bike park, or motocross track. No one cares about a grass community park, we have plenty of those. We live in the desert my guy, build trails with bars and food stands at the bottom. Soon their won’t be a bunch of old mf’s here. We’ll want some actual activities. Not more parks and things to take up place so it looks nice for the old people.
