@MrBest I had dislocated my kneecap four times previously. And had lateral release surgery .to help track the knee cap . And yes my knee is doing fine it’s been about eight months after surgery I’m walking perfectly well
@@aussiecoastie72my doctor told my I have patella dysfunction he told me physical therapy is best and keep doing it and I should feel better what do u think
