Yo! Thanks for checking out the video.
I get a lot of questions from people wondering what's the most valuable skill they can acquire.
    My answer?
    Storytelling.
The most powerful people in the world aren't the fittest... or the strongest... hell, they aren't even the smartest.
    They're the best storytellers.
If you want to learn this most powerful of skills, then check out this training I put together to help you become a Seven Figure Storyteller:

He's right but also in a different way from what you may be thinking. Storytelling is fundamental to how governments, politicians, industry, etc. sell us on a story to follow a certain path. The story/narrative can readily vary as it suits certain agendas. We then willingly give away our power to really think for ourselves when we refuse to challenge these stories on merit. The people that we allow to be in positions of power are a reflection of ourselves in this way and where our personal/collective journey of growth is at any given moment.

I did this when my life hit bottom. I wrote a mission statement for what ( like a business) stands for. I got real about how and what I wanted and stood for. I started a long term plan. I’m proud to say, I’m much more happier. And the focus of my goals are prosperous and successful.

Sincerely, you are now my favorite RUclips content creator, I've already learned about grays scaling my phone when I'm at work, getting my nutrition correct. Getting my sleep correct and getting into more movement. I2 have ADHD and I love the fact that you do and you don't see it as a disability and it's not an issue with focus. It's an issue with focus management. I really like that too and I felt like you when I was a kid with the Ritalin thing I never took. And in fact I've always been anti-medication for ADHD, good or bad. I'm pretty much completely against it. It's definitely messed up a lot of my life. Now. I got a therapist. I'm trying to learn some good tools that said your content's phenomenal brother. Keep making it fantastic. Bravo bra fucking o to quote ,face off!

Couldn't agree more about Gluten, sugar and alcohol. Those were fine when I was younger, but past 40 it made a HUGE difference. I found that I could go back to consuming these in moderation after fasting from them for a while and still be ok. But it was night and day; I felt years younger.

Anthony, Thank you. I definitely find value in your content and I agree with most of what you said about giving up inflammatory substances (gluten, sugar and alcohol), but there is a TON of research and anecdotal evidence showing that high quality, grass fed beef (red meat) actually reduces inflammation. Grain fed beef (Corn is GMO and loaded with harsh chemicals) and other processed foods, like low quality hot dogs and lunch meat, do contribute to inflammation. Cheers!

Meeting new people over age 50 has proven impossible for me, and I have given up. Thanks for the wonderful video Anthony.Red meat definitely has proinflammatory effects.Combine that with the artery clogging effects of the fat they contain, if the diet is just going to contain this minus the veggies, one is sitting on a ticking time bomb.Plus the increased energy levels one experiences after having veggies is well worth the effort. You are what you eat and what you think ,on a long-term basis.Everything adds up either leading to a life of success or a life of disaster.Jim Rohn-Success is a few simple disciplines repeated every single day,Failure is a few errors of judgement repeated every single day.So choose wisely.Let not the next 10 years be the same as the previous 10 years.

You CANNOT change the difficulty setting you're living life on. If you are in a bad spot because you've made bad decisions and haven't put in the work, then start putting in the work and start getting positive results, you're living life on Normal mode, where your input directly affects the output.
Then there are people who, no matter what they do, always seem to be in the right place at the right time, have things work out, and win. Those people are living on Easy mode.
But then...there are the people who can put in the work, try their hardest, and despite get verification from people and the world around them that they've succeeded in attaining the high level they sought out for, are denied the rewards and results at every turn, and always lose. These unfortunate souls are living on Hard or even Nightmare mode.

Little feedback as I would love to see your channel getting more recognition.
If you introduce yourself at the beginning of every single Video, telling what you do, where you are coming from and what you have allready achieved in the fields you want to talk about, people will instantly be more willing to listen and share your Videos. It makes you much more authentic and believable from the beginning and you give new people a reason to believe that you know what you are talking about, and makes them more willing to invest the time.
Generally, you should treat every video as if you were talking to someone new, a new audience who does know nothing about you, those who allready know you will simple skip the part, noone is actually annoyed but standard introductions.
This is a proven methode for RUclips success.

I was all in with cutting out sugar…I extend that to ALL sugar and all things that turn into sugar but You lost me at “cutting out red meat”. With the latest actual science, not the ideologically bent type, red meat and animal fat aren’t actually the culprits of heath deterioration.

I'd love to inform myself. I keep asking people in these comments who take offense with the red meat comment to provide some peer-reviewed evidence that I'm misinformed, but...
      None have done so.
I seem to be the only one providing any form of evidence. So here ya go:

I'm just going based off the scientific literature.
"We searched the literature for a complete profile of immune and inflammatory biomarkets (including c-reactive protein CRP).
Results from our meta-analyises of RCTs suggest that total and mixed, but not unprocessed, red meat intakes affected blood CRP concentrations."

    Anthony,
I would have enjoyed watching this, but I'm sick of content creators using such base language. It's cheap and stupid and unworthy of your message. You have something worth saying. The words should reflect the value of the content.

    • @AnthonyVicino
      @AnthonyVicino  Год назад +3

The words are a tool to convey a message and evoke an emotion.
I can't control the value people will ascribe to those words... only how I use them.

The 3 levers of energy described in this video are naturally generated from your own body. There are plenty of external stimulants which can temporarily energize you. I've got no problem with those so long as they are used to supplement and not used as a primary driver of energy.
Use caffeine to go from a 9/10 to a 10/10....
if you need it to go from a 3/10 to a 6/10... you need to stop and look at your underlying foundation of energy (sleep, nutrition, exercise).
