In the first set WI looked ready for the fight and came out swinging. If they could have kept up that energy it might have ended differently. But NE just kept grinding and wearing them down. I think the triples were getting in the heads of the WI hitters, especially the rotation when Orzul and Crawford were front row. Anyway, that’s my take away. It’s always entertaining to watch these two teams square off. Kudos to both teams, I’m sure their next meeting will be just as exciting.

It is amazing how someone as undisciplined as Landfair can be a starter consistently: an outside hitter who has to be repalced by a defensive player when in the back row. LMAO
