💡 USEFUL TIP💡 I would like to share an awesome Tip❤️❤️ I bought 2 rotary cutters, they are expensive and it did not worked for me, the plastic wouldn’t get cut all the way so I had to go in with a scissor. Use a hand blade it’s sooo much faster, cheaper, and you would literally have a perfect cut! I had to put a lot of pressure with the rotary cutter and with the blade I was able to fold the linen in half and slice right through it with barely any pressure..making the process 💯 faster!! Hope this helps❤️❤️❤️ Also helps save money 💰
Thank you God for healing from the parties and holidays we have been through as a nation in Jesus name amen I pray for a prosperous journey throughout our lifetimes in Jesus name amen 🙏
I love the shimmer! what if you keep the top half then cut off 2 feet under that then use the rest to do by hand that would have 1 pre made row to start!
How many table cloths do you use for like a 5 foot length and could you alternate the color table cloths so you have like sections of different colors per stand ?
I cannot find that white grid stuff anywhere, i am UK, would plant trellis work? It is all plastic so scared will snap, or could i make a chain of zip ties?!
Good question! there are many options, depending what are you working with. for example you can use the painters tape - heavy duty hook - attach streamers.
I’m sorry. But did I misunderstand you, or for the hanging shimmery ones do you only attach it on 2 of the 4 netting corners? Or do you do the same as the table cloth and tie one on each corner?
How do you price out your fringe installations? By foot? The thicker fringe must be more than a single strand, is that correct? I am at a loss on how to price this out as it’s material isn’t expensive but it takes forever!
Hi, We hang ours from the ceiling so they stay nice and straight to use again. They are too much work to just dispose of. Your collection can grow very fast we have so many now
I love these streamers, they are so pretty! If I'm not mistaken, you said you can use the streamers over and over again...How would you store them so they can continue to look fresh?
This is beautiful! ❤❤❤How any times you could you used the foil fringe curtain? What would be the best band for foil curtain? Also, to keep them, how would you store them?
you can use them many times, we have made our first one 4 years ago and still using. we should have a link in our amazon store to the one that we use. and to store it, simply hang them in the curtain rode.
@@decorlabschool i found the string it gets weighed down and won’t stay for my single steamer. Going to try the wire thing but a single strip and zip ties.
Wow amazing! Thank you for the content. Could you share your pricing formula? We have a client that would love to add this to their decor but don't k own where to start with pricing it out. Looks like it would be the same length and fullness as the ones you have in the background (4 x 8ft strands).
Hi!! I’m a decor lab member and ABSOLUTELY love the content you have on that platform. Quick question: for glitter ceiling streamer would you still recommend the same length and width as for the table cloth streamer?
Hello - please can you share the link for the polished hemp, is there an alternative that I can use ie twine? Apologies if I missed the link if already shared. Thank you in advance 🙂
Omg I'm struggling - how do you knot the tinsel? I tried to do it the way you did the tablecloth ones but they don't hold! do you just tie one end of the tinsel into the netting?
do you cut the length of the streamers so it has the curved look or is that done by itself with the weight of the streamers? Also ive seen ceiling streams that are shorter and longer on some areas is that from cutting the length? Im worried if i cut the streamer to create a pattern shape it will look funny
Thank you soo much for teaching us this for free! I can’t say thank you enough!
So happy to help!!
NIce! Looks like a lot of work!

Thank you God for healing from the parties and holidays we have been through as a nation in Jesus name amen I pray for a prosperous journey throughout our lifetimes in Jesus name amen 🙏
Thank you for sharing!
you are most welcome!
Thank you for making this. Can you share what string have you used to tie the streamers?
Thank you for sharing
How do you install on a ceiling??
Tape, string, or small hooks. Really easy 👍
Thank you!!!!
Thank you for sharing. Can you please tell us what to use to secure this to the ceiling? Thinking of trying this for a client.
I love the shimmer! what if you keep the top half then cut off 2 feet under that then use the rest to do by hand that would have 1 pre made row to start!

Did we get an answer to this?
Thank you!
Hi great video! How many table clothes are needed to make one streamer on the string?
How many tablecloths would you need for an 8ft streamer for the ceiling with the fence wire?
I cannot find that white grid stuff anywhere, i am UK, would plant trellis work? It is all plastic so scared will snap, or could i make a chain of zip ties?!
Can you share the measurements for the fence netting on the wall.
Love this!
How much mesh did you use for the streamers in the background? How wide/long are each of them?
How many strips to you get from one tablecloth?
Awesome teaching! What do I do if I want to put the streamer on the wall?
Good question! there are many options, depending what are you working with. for example you can use the painters tape - heavy duty hook - attach streamers.
How do you hang the wide streamers up in a variety of places? Ex.) park, ceiling home, outside etc.
there are case to case options, just make sure you secure them nicely, as we do not want it to fall down on someone
What kind of string is this?
Approximately how many inches are the strips?
When you make foil fringes, what do you use?
amzn.to/37H0I1J as an example
My apologies, I should have watched your video to the end! Thank you so much, you just makes my life easier!
I’m sorry. But did I misunderstand you, or for the hanging shimmery ones do you only attach it on 2 of the 4 netting corners? Or do you do the same as the table cloth and tie one on each corner?
Thank you for this wonderful videos How do you store them?
Glad you like them! We hang ours on large hooks
❤
Thank you for teaching us your techniques and knowledge, I have a question: where can I get the mesh?
thank you, it should be in our amazon store (in description)
How do you price out your fringe installations? By foot? The thicker fringe must be more than a single strand, is that correct? I am at a loss on how to price this out as it’s material isn’t expensive but it takes forever!
We use the same pricing formula for all of our decor, but these are something that gets reused. So it can be priced as a rental.
hi, may i ask how we can properly store the streamers so we can reuse it? :)
Hi, We hang ours from the ceiling so they stay nice and straight to use again. They are too much work to just dispose of. Your collection can grow very fast we have so many now
Hii, which mesh are you using. I am unable to find similar one.
you can find one in our amazon store - www.amazon.com/shop/decorlab_school
I love these streamers, they are so pretty! If I'm not mistaken, you said you can use the streamers over and over again...How would you store them so they can continue to look fresh?
use the curtain rode and hooks, so they are hanging down
Hello! What colors did you use for your example in the background?
They are just pink, light blue, blue and shimmer blue. All plastic table clothes from walmart or party city
Where do you store it after it’s used?
You can store it anywhere you have space for it! Nothing special 😊
This is beautiful! ❤❤❤How any times you could you used the foil fringe curtain? What would be the best band for foil curtain? Also, to keep them, how would you store them?

Serías tan amable de decirme , qué size es tu tapete y do lo compraste? De antemano muchas gracias 💐
you can find it in our amazon store, or just search for cutting mat
Can you use the netting to make the single streamer as a back drop for a stand ?
You sure can just cut it thinner
@@decorlabschool i found the string it gets weighed down and won’t stay for my single steamer. Going to try the wire thing but a single strip and zip ties.
Miss may I please ask do the shimmer ones get heavy??
they are not really heavy, but if you will create them very wide and long they will get heavier and will need extra support.
I bought the fence net you have in the link. Did you cut yours? It looks a lot wider than the one that you have in the video.
yes, you can cut it to any size
How many foil curtains did you use to make the one in the video? I'm trying to gage how many curtains to buy.
all depends on the length and how wide your streamer will be.. If I remember correctly we have used 10 bags

Pricing can be tricky . We teach pricing within our decorlab school

Hi!! I’m a decor lab member and ABSOLUTELY love the content you have on that platform.
Quick question: for glitter ceiling streamer would you still recommend the same length and width as for the table cloth streamer?
Yes you can make them to order
Gracias por qué incluiste la explicación en subtítulo en español😊
sorry no espanol :)
Thank you for explain thid information and also have the subtitules in spanish.
So pretty but so time consuming
What do you cut the fence netting with?
Just regular scissors will work, the netting is plastic!
No entiendo el inglés podría decirme que cantidad de mantel se gastaría para unas guirnalda así?
sorry we don't speak Spanish
Hello - please can you share the link for the polished hemp, is there an alternative that I can use ie twine? Apologies if I missed the link if already shared. Thank you in advance 🙂
amzn.to/3uUxX9r
Above is the link for the twine we used . Its called a rattail cord
how many tablecloths did you use for a single one
It depends on what size you make it, we used quite a few tablecloths for the large streamers!
Where do you get your netting from?
The fence netting can be purchased from any hardware store . We have also added a link in the description of the video
Omg I'm struggling - how do you knot the tinsel? I tried to do it the way you did the tablecloth ones but they don't hold! do you just tie one end of the tinsel into the netting?
It is a little harder to pull tight, but we knotted it the same way!
Are we not able to use regular streamers and not table cloths
why not? you can use what ever works for you)
@@decorlabschool I figured it out and started making it a few weeks ago thanks anyway
how long did the ones behind you take?
It was a long time ago that we made them, so not sure! But a few hours per big streamer.
I'm on a week.. Would love to know how to shorten the time
do you cut the length of the streamers so it has the curved look or is that done by itself with the weight of the streamers? Also ive seen ceiling streams that are shorter and longer on some areas is that from cutting the length? Im worried if i cut the streamer to create a pattern shape it will look funny
No they are all cut to the same length, the curve is natural from the streamer hanging. You could definitely cut them to make a pattern though!
Can you do a diy western ranch entry arch arbor party video?
We have some western themed ideas coming up for our online school later this year!
??
This looks tedious and time-consuming, especially the shimmer streams
❤
