Am I able to transition from being a detective in economic crime to the private sector, say compliance or AML?
Absolutely. You need to educate yourself on financial crime specifically and also get a good understanding of compliance risk mananagement.
How are you? I studying to become a PCI consulted myself. Do you have any tips on how to get my first job?
PCI is not within my area of expertise so unfortunately I can't give you advice on this one.
