@@KryticalError yep its possible ! the only downside is that gw2 does not support things like machinima...looking back at the old wow vidoes i used to watch, i rewatched them many times because of memorable scenes made with machinima, it was the extra effort that people put into it that made those videos special i tried emulating something like that with the manga in the middle of my video, but im still learning how to translate my ideas to my friend who draws better

There is very, VERY creativity in MMORPG montages these days. It's a dying or dead niche for the most part. People prefer guides. I'm trying - emphasis on trying - to do more guide content. @@damiansebastian2747 Theres a guy that makes sword/dagger weaver videos Irdlivir Sissong, also I think that Solemn also has a few sword/X weaver videos Its certainly not a common build to run in WvW roaming, as its abit outdated i feel.. It takes extra effort to flip through your attunes to get what you want, and you end up falling into a very rotational playstyle that doesnt allow for the best reaction Also the core sword 3 skills got buffed recently and they are pretty good , and as weaver you will rarely end up fully attuned to an element as quite often you dont have the opportunity to do so ( Fresh Air grandmaster in Air, and the Unravel utility for weaver make this possible, but now you are going into specific traits/utilities to make full use of your weapon which I feel is not very optimal ) I personally believe there are 3 factors that make a melee build successful: 1) Stability/stunbreak access Weaver lacks any stability in its traits, so you either have to commit to sacrificing utilities for extra stunbreaks, or you kind of just dont have stab. Stability is pretty important if you are going to be running a melee build on Ele, since it allows you to eat random CC and stay on target. If you were to play weaver, you get 3 options for sability 1) Centaur relic 2) Stone Resonance weaver utility 3) Armor of Earth utility For all of these 3 options you need to slot them in, in place of something else - it could be Lightning Flash, a damage/sustain relic, or a Magnetic Shield conjure weapon Catalyst not only gives you free stability super frequently, but it also provides really strong auras, like Shocking ( which is very easy to get in your Sword 2 + combo field combo ), shocking aura on a melee engage is very powerful. 2) Mobility strong factor in melee builds, just look at the current melee classes that perform well in roaming Thief , Warrior, Willbender, Vindicator, Ranger ( greatsword, sw/warhorn ). They all have mobility which allows them to go in, and go out. Something that is crucial for staying alive and getting kills on a melee build. Catalyst elite allows you to literally reset the cooldowns of your Air skills, allowing you for a burst of mobility to either chase down a target or escape unfavorable fights. If you were to play Sword/Dagger weaver, you get good mobility, but now you dont have good answers againt ranged classes ( since you dropped the Focus for a Dagger ). Ofcourse you can go for the Earth Shield utility spell, but that means you will be sacrificing a stun break or lightning flash... 3) Dealing with range classes Catalyst allows you to get magnetic aura often, giving you some breathing room against projectile classes. If you were playing weaver you either have to go Sword/Focus which while a powerful defensive combo ( Focus is insane for surviving fights ), will reduce the mobility and damage portential the Dagger gives. TL:DR The three essential factors to making a decent melee build in WvW roaming - Stability, Mobility, dealing with range classes - is not something that Weaver gives. You need to sacrifice other important things to get them , you end up trying to juggle different traits/utilities/weapons and you never really get a well rounded kit that can deal with most things that will come your way in roaming. Additionaly Catalyst provides magnetic aura, which helps you deal with ranged classes without having to invest into a focus offhand.
I want to say that most of the builds used in this video are subpar / niche stuff that i used on purpose to try to make something generally non-meta work. Stuff like the ice bow, warhorn or even lightning rod are generally not considered to be "meta". But they can be pretty fun :D The weaver builds are mostly Scepter/warhorn with Lightning Rod/Arcane. So something like: Air - bot - mid - bot Arcane - mid-bot-mid Weaver - top - mid - top/mid ( i believe some of the builds tried to make use of the middle GM in weaver after it got reworked to cleanse ) The weaver builds which have fresh air, is just the normal fresh air build Air mid mid mid Arcane mid bot mid weaver top mid top The weaver build with the dagger is probably fire/arcane Fire bot mid mid Arcane top/mid - bot - top/mid Weaver top - mid - top/mid I believe in most cases i used Isaggren relic, but its possible i used the speed / water relic in a few cases Gear is probably full marauder with 2 or 3 cele pieces, scholar rune.
