I only did my routine during the day and didn’t do it overnight. And I heard that looking in direct sunlight can make your eyes darker, so I’ve avoided that. Following my last comment, I forgot to say to eat well to speed up results. And Lucy, your choice of music is always amazing! Please everybody stay hydrated! I only did my routine during the day and didn’t do it overnight. And I heard that looking in direct sunlight can make your eyes darker, so I’ve avoided that. Also only look in the mirror once a day max, so you don’t confuse your brain😄
