Thanks for sharing Dave! I'm about a year into tinnitus and, like a lot of folks, have thrown the whole kitchen sink at this. Stories like yours continue to inspire me to remain positive.

My story is very similar to Dave’s. Lots of very expensive doctors, but very little help until I found Dr Ben and Treble Health

Please try using a cervical pillow while sleeping ....might help if you have pulsatile tinnitus .
    Also steam inhalation helps.
    Don't use earphone.
Check whether anemic. Those who are insulin resistant can get relief if the sugar is under control....go low carbohydrate diet.

Yup ever since I had Vertigo the first two times I have had ringing in my ears 24/7. Sometimes it's low but sometimes it's high especially at night it's high when I try to sleep.

I’ve had pulsitile tinnitus for almost a year now, it’s a loud pulsating and strange noises in my left ear, the loudness varies. Is this the same as the regular tinnitus as far as cause and treatment? Thank you.

How does he just ignore it?!? Mine is a low pitched buzzing noise, that literally vibrates my head. It makes my hearing bad. I have to wear an earbud 24/7 with noise playing, just to keep it at bay!! I don’t know how people can just live with it!!!!

I have terminal and Chronic tinnitus from the lost of high pitch hearing.
The nerves in both my ears were gone so I couldn't hear high pitch hearing anymore. The brain couldn't hear anything either.
So it started making its on noise. A buzzing in my head 24-7
      I didn't need hearing aids.
Duke University Durham NC told me what was wrong.
This were 11 years ago. They told me they were know cure. And gave me a diet and told me toget out and walk.
People with tinnitus should know what spikes their tinnitus. They can bring it down their self's.... I'm not spending any more money in tinnitus.
      It's a rip off.
The cheapest way is diet and exercise.
      Unless their ritch.
They didn't have any insurance that covers your ears back 11 years 😢 ago. So I'm proud to say I did it myself.
Know it hasn't gone away but I have it down to alow level where I can bare it.
      God bless!!
