NBA is transitioning to 3 point shooting and knecth can shoot and attack the basket. He can figure the defense out(he has the size/ability). He was dropping 30-40points in college so obviously wasn’t focused on defense as prime job. Castle/sheppard will be gone by 6 imo, so who else you picking? Clingan? I want knecth. Yea if we trade back to like 8-9 it would make more sense but from the mocks I’ve seen knecth goes earliest 5 and I’m convinced the spurs will pick castle 4 and at 8 they will select knecth so trading back to 9 won’t get you knecth.
Omg so much passion on the scouting report specially on the negative way, Chase was over the top to get his negativity point across the line. Every player in this draft is not perfect, this guys is an offensive player, he needs to work on defense and playmaking, but I don’t think he is a liability as Chase was eluding too. What I will like to see is a matrix decision in terms of weight on what is important vs other potential draft players at 6. Knecht is not going to have the ball on his hands, and he will provide effort on defense.
I’m ignoring all content about Devin Carter from this point on. No thanks, especially at #6. The fact that people are even talking about him like this reflects poorly on this draft class overall.
Charlotte Hornets history began with a high flying three level scorer that played average to less defense named Rex Chapman.

dalton would be a great 3rd option at the 2-3 beside bm and melo on offense but i doubt charles lee wants him on D
the key for a real playoff run this year will be martin playing elite D and finding a rebounder who can score a little
Totally agree. Healthy LaMelo, Williams, and Martin make this a completely dfferent team.
i seriously think nsj is gonna be MIP next year so drafting a pg like castle who cant score over nsj isnt it for me
I would agree but I feel like the g league did something to his confidence/shot cause he looked lost mid/late season
@@mrlucky704 he led all rookies in 3pt %

im cool w dalton w a trade back w grizz but then let miles walk and sign a good FA like claxton who w mark stops the bully ball against us
Spurs want knecth at 8 though
I'll like Dalton and if miles is gone , I would rather have Caleb love at our pick !!!
negative
Caleb Love in Greensboro after going undrafted? Sure.
