I bought Astor savvy , this month, but facing battery issue. If i don't drive or start the vehicle for 12 days ,then battery goes dead, so much so that remote key won't work and volt metre reads only 3.55 volt charge in battery. Have you experienced anything like this? Is it normal? Please reply.
@@greythewanderer1403 thanks for the reply, i just wanted to know , what is the longest duration , you have not used the car continuously, so that I can have a better idea as service centre is saying , it is normal
My Dealer quoted about Rs 10,000 for underbody treatment, which I felt is absolutely useless. Cars these days don't rust like cars in the past. Unless your car is diven in waterlogged areas regularly or there is water logging in the area where the car is parked, these things are not necessary.
@@greythewanderer1403 Yes if one lives closer to the sea, that may be a good idea given the corrosion salt water can do. We have kept our cars for over 10 years each time without any problem. Hence my observation that its not essential for everybody. Living in costal areas or where there is a lot of water logging are the exceptions. By the way you got a good deal on the price too. My dealer has quoted a figure on the higher side so I'm opting out. Did your MG dealer also charge you for something called "Logistics"?

Yes it is it protects the interiors from harsh sunlight and stains

No nothing as of now. Ull have to show it to the service station as it might be the battery issue or relay issue

Had taken it in the package which costed less than 5 k so opted for it
