I believe the answer to question 1 could actually be B. The FE handbook model rules under the licensee's obligation to other licensee's states, "2. Licensees shall not offer, give, solicit, or receive, either directly or indirectly, any commission, or gift, or other valuable consideration in order to secure work, and shall not make any political contribution with the intent to influence the award of a contract by public authority." This seems to fit the question perfectly. Please let me know if that is incorrect.
For Question 1: The answer should be B. Licensee's Obligation to Other Licensees right? According to the reference handbook C. Licensee’s Obligation to Other Licensees 2. Licensees shall not offer, give, solicit, or receive, either directly or indirectly, any commission, or gift, or other valuable consideration in order to secure work, and shall not make any political contribution with the intent to influence the award of a contract by public authority. Am I somehow wrong? For Question 2: Self Laudatory language is self praise, not false claims, the correct answer should be c, although c is not likely to get you in trouble, it is the most likely. Am I Wrong Somehow?
