SSC CPO is a prestigious national-level exam that is held every year. The exam is being conducted for the recruitment of passionate individuals for the positions of Inspector, Sub Inspector, and more in the Delhi Police department. The Staff Selection Commission has released the SSC CPO Exam Date on 02 September 2022. The commission will conduct the CBT on 09 November to 11 November 2022.
The candidates will be selected through 2 stages- a written exam followed by a PET and medical examination for the Delhi Police SI/ASI post.
A total of 4,300 vacancies were announced for SSC CPO. The computer based exam will be conducted in November 2022. SSC CPO exam is conducted to select candidates for the post of Sub Inspector in Delhi Police, Sub Inspector in CAPFs, Assistant Sub Inspector in CISF, Inspector posts, and Sub Inspector Posts.
Candidates appearing for SSC CPO exam should be between 20 and 25 years. Departmental candidates among Constables, Head Constables and Assistant Sub-Inspector of Delhi Police with a minimum of three years of service and not more than 30 years (33 years for OBC and 35 years for SC/ST) are also eligible to apply for open and departmental vacancies of Sub-Inspector (Executive)-Male.
