Just a very cool rules set and the way the Osprey hard backs are laid out is almost perfect. A little extravagant in their spacing, but very readable. And honestly a better reference than their respective blue books (usually). I wonder if Dragon Rampant will receive the same treatment eventually.
Rumor is that their will be an 2nd edition to Dragon Rampant (hardback). I wish I could remember where I saw it, but it was an article with Dan Mersey and he hinted that it is in the works.
Just discovered your channel and been watching your Xenos Rampant videos. Great stuff! The 15mm scale works great with the smaller table size. All of your miniatures and terrain are fantastic and really enjoy the commentary regarding the rules and even some of the decisions made during the game. You have inspired me to get some of my 28/30mm stuff painted so I can start playing this awesome game with some friends who are also interested in the game. Thanks for taking the time to make, edit and post your videos.
Serendipity! I just got notice that my Ground Zero package full of two XR forces will be delivered tomorrow, and then I spot this video! Guess I'd better plan on some painting in the near future. Can't wait to see the promised madness of your next XR video. It is just such an amazingly flexible set of rules; I've been having fun drawing up various lists for various SF and VSF themes.
Haven't picked this up yet. Don't have a lot of figures to use with this rule set. Got some space mouslings (hvy armor n armament) n some Infinity troopers. 28mm. Oh, and a wookie n a ewok. Been using FfoL.

Very cool that you left in the bits where you messed up and started over.

Welcome aboard!
Glad you are enjoying them!
Really enjoyed this, although for some reason the buildings make me crave a cup cake.

A very enjoyable battle report

FFOL is hard to beat. I haven’t tried it for WW2, moderns or Sci-Fi yet, but plenty of people do. Interested to see how it compares with XR.
