Evaluating interview practice

This video presentation outlines ways to evaluate your own interviewing practice. Rlection and reflexivity are discussed and a series of questions for you to ask about your own interviewing practice outlined. The use of conversation space mapping to evaluate whether you dominate the interview is explained and associated issues outlined. The use fo clean language and evaluating interview questions for their cleanliness is considered. Alternative quality criteria of transferability, credibility, dependability and confirmability are considered. Selected further reading is outlined.
