@@pothman1138 Strange. It must be an aftermarket one, then, because I have worked on 3 04's, an 03, and an 06, and they all have a 180 twist in the measuring end. I'll tell you that it's about 3/4 of an inch from the bottom of the dipstick on mine, which is generally considered "full". Not sure what that means for yours, though...sorry!
@@josephjohn3560 - Not sure what you have there. On all Hondas I've seen, the plug has some raised letters to identify the fill plug. Look for the letters "ATF" on the top of the bolt. Sometimes they are hard to see with dirt, etc.
Brian Austin if I figure out how to send a photo here you could see what I’m talking about. Everything is the same except that there’s a hose sticking out where the fill plug should be...lol, but thanks anyway. I really appreciate it.
2004. Mine is like Hoda oddisey. Same fill plug. I watched a tutorial video on RUclips on a Oddisey, and the fill plug looked like my pilot. It has some sort of a tiny hose attached to the thing that goes inside the fill hole. But thanks you for asking me. That was very kind of you. I appreciate it.
@@Samuel35ify One thing to look for is the letters "ATF." Honda will often have those letter on the bolt head or next to the fill hole for automatic transmissions. The bolt or area has to be clean to be able to read this, however.
Direct video. Helped me out a ton! Thanks!
You’re a life saver!! Thanks
quick question, my transmission fluid dipstick has no marks on it. any idea as to how many centimeters high the fluid should be?
sorry no.
If I'm not mistaken, it should be at the top of the twist, assuming we're talking about a 1st gen Pilot
@@jordaneggerman4734 sadly there is no twist on mine. It's a 2004.

@@pothman1138did you find out where it should be I have a 2004 also
How do I find the filter
Yeah I have a hose that goes there no bolt
Mine too. That means our pilot got the service bulletin taken care of to prevent transmission damage.
On my vehicle there is a covering on this plug/nut. Did you remove that first?
Mine didn't have a cover on the plug.
Mine has a hose sticking out of where the plug should be??? Any ideas???

@@josephjohn3560 what year is your Pilot?
My pilot doesn't have the same filler. I don't think that filler it's available in my pilot. That's anybody know why is that?
