You asked for an Air NZ episode, so here it is! I've interviewed Greg Foran a number of times since he arrived at Air New Zealand in 2020. I think this is the most he's shared of his mind and personality yet. Let me know what you think of the interview in the comments below. ✈Madison
As a kiwi living in Sydney for the last 23 years I know more about Greg's famous Rugby League playing son Kieran than I do about Greg - this interview has changed that & bravo to you Madison for the manner in which you extracted insights from Greg. Cheers & keep up the good work. Matt.
Thanks Matt, so glad you enjoyed it! Appreciate the message. Madison
Great interview. Air New Zealand is such a great asset for NZ. Excited to see what's to come.
This was quite interesting, obviously pre-prepared questions but Air NZ, as a Kiwi living in Asia and always flying SQ back...has fallen behind badly in recent years. And yet, it still remains the pride of the nation, as NAC was back in the old days. NZ should strive to be the absolute best, and in many ways, things are so much easier to navigate and you only see how good it is when you come back from abroad. But, it must, must must, be so much better. I really believe in my home country, and we have high standards for our own, but actually we are capable of doing it!
Great interview 🌴🍁
Thank you so much your video,May be peaceful all the New Zealand people ,animals &birds from Myanmar.❤
His answer on the middle was really good.
Air NZ was and of course are best airline..... u ever flight with some friendly great staff?
Quantas then singapore i was flying also great.
Food drinks and transportation mostly same but humor and naturalness hits important.
My opinion is we need more competition in New Zealand to reduce the Air New Zealand Air fairs. South East Asia is a money making market for any airline, but it appears these CEOs are more focused on the US market. Great interview and I am sure Greg will be more committed to making the Airline a better airline unlike out Prime minister elect.
Good chat. Enjoyed that. But I think his ANZ focus should be more Seiko that Swiss watch. Swiss watches are not accurate, heavily overpriced and steep in supply issues.
I’m much happier with the current air new Zed record of being closer to the Seiko strategy of mid range price, excellent quality, impeccable timing and very innovative.
Anyhoo, just my thoughts😀
He is good!
Pacific islands ,not for me thanks, but South East Asia offers so much more value, opportunity to explore more etc
Agree
Oof, growth is looking slow for Air NZ for the foreseeable future.
What about south East asia
Please something about the hideous biz class seats!
they are introducing a new cabin
Gosh, 5-10% more, where is the commerce commission. Monopolised domestic market
There's no money in actually flying. He should focus on the frequent flyer points business like Qantas has. This will allow Air NZ to become more like a retail company than a lacklustre airline company.
I travel overseas twice a year 9 planes last trip but unless air nz drops there international flights expensive fares they won't see me on there planes.
Done 47 years flying mostly air nz but august is and was my last time .bussiness class pffff .
One of the nation I never ever pay attention NZ of course I have been Auckland once watch Test match . When finished The next day departed to Australia
I know all cricket players boys & girls

I told them mathematically in because. Of net points
