Fantastic tribute to the master musician, Sri K V Narayanswamy! That 1968 Sindhubhairavi is really something else! As you said, there is no strain when he reaches the upper octaves! And the breath control!! Lovely way to end the demostration with Ramalinga Swamigal's composition, Kallarkum Katravarkum. How well KVN had handled it! Was also nice to hear Sri Sankaran’s recollections especially about the 1962 season concert. Hope a recording is posted soon!
One of the best LecDems I have ever heard at the academy. Kudos to Mr Hemmige Srivatsan for putting up such an excellent presentation. It is very evident how much effort the couple have put in preparing the presentation. Got immersed in the divine music of Sri KVN 🙏🙏🙏
