@@arghyasaha3311 nope I don't think so we need to reupload the latest or orginal form 60 again. Simply pay the required road tax and you are good to go for another 2 years
I found this video really informative! You've great knowledge that's very clear from your way of explanation and it's simplicity. Thanks, really appreciate.
Hi Sir, Great information, One question, In case of private employee: Is it mandatory to purchase vehicle where one of the office location exists? Meaning i should purchase vehicle in the one of the 4 States where my company exists.?
If i am purchasing a vehicle but my company is not exist in the state where I have purchased the vehicle, so how should I apply for BH if i am a private employee.?
As long as you're eligible for the BH registration, you can purchase your vehicle anywhere in India and have it registered with BH series regardless of your office locations. The only concern is you must provide a local address of the city where you want to register your vehicle.
@@TechnicalLore can you please send me the link from where you got the information from your reply as i need to provide this to local RTO, as they refrained me to give bh registration as my company doesn't have any office in the state where I purchased..
See, there is lots of confusion with BH registration as the whole process in new to adapt, that's why there is lots of grey area. There is no such blanket rule to govern all RTOs. Even though the law was enforced by central government, there are many states which haven't started the BH registration yet even after 2 year. What I told you earlier was pretty much based on info. available in public domain & is not specifically mentioned anywhere. Some people from Jharkhand have reported to get BH number from UP as the Jharkhand government has not started the same. A classic example is that it is clearly mentioned in the official gazette that BH tax will be calculated on invoice price without GST but so many states are considering invoice price including GST. So there's not much you can do. In the interim I'd suggest you to reach out to other RTOs in the neighbouring districts.
Oooo woooww... Omg I get all my answer after seeing ur complete video... Thqq thaq... Since yesterday was serching my answers.... @11:00 i got all my asnwer... Thq soo muchh... U shared lots of information. 😅
Nice video, I have one question, do I have to transfer my registration to current state if my initial registration was in another state. Also, if my current state doesn’t allow BH series then what to do ?
Sorry for delayed response. If your vehicle is registered with BH Mark, you don't need to re-register your vehicle when you move to other state. Infact, the very purpose of introducing the BH Series Mark was to eliminate the complications of re-registration of vehicles whenever the owner was transferred to another state. If your state is currently not accepting requests for BH registration, then, unfortunately, you'll have to wait until they adapt the new system. Some people have reported that they have obtained BH registration from the neighbouring states by making a rent agreement there and used it as a local address proof.
I don't know why you would want to do that but you definitely can do that. First you'll have to cancel your BH Registration and then you can apply for regular state series registration after depositing fee on pro rata basis. Infact, the same process will be followed if you want to sell off your car to someone who is not eligible for BH registration.
Working with a consulting firm(more than 4 offices in state/UTs) based out of Gurgaon. I recently purchased my car from my hometown on 1st November 2022 due to work from home. Now dealer is giving hell lot of excuses in issuing BH number due to work from home. Twist here is BH registration is not yet started in Gurgaon and local RTO in my hometown is not allocating BH number as my company doesn't have office in my hometown. They are only giving BH number to government employees. It's a headache now !!
It doesn't matter where a customer work; as long as he can produce a local address proof, he is entitled for BH registration in that particular area irrespective of his work place. But I know dealers and RTO officials have made a simple process pretty much complicated. And it's a shame that cental government has failed to enforce the law in states like Bihar, Haryana, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
@@TechnicalLore Hi sir I am from Telangana currently doing work from home my office located in Bangalore I am planning to buy car in my home town in Telangana can we apply for BH series registration process?
Unfortunately Telangana govt. has not started BH registration yet. If you have any local address proof of Bengaluru, then you can register your vehicle for BH series in Bengaluru.
Dada, kya up bata sakte hai ki, West Bengal k andar W.B.C.V. (WEST BENGAL CIVIC VOLUNTEER) me kaam karne se kya BH series number ka bike mil sakta hai kya? Please bataiyega jarur dada.
I don't think Civic Volunteers are considered permanent government employees. Behtar hoga aap apne office me confirm karo. Agar aap ko government job ke sare benefits milte honge to ye bhi milna chahiye. Sorry, main confirm nahi bata sakta.
I bought car from GGM but RTO agent says BH series registration is not available in GGM so I need to register in Delhi.. along with MCD tax etc. + Agent charges 5k. Along with it he is asking for Form 60 on company letterhead, my ofc ID card, Salary Slip, GST certificate stamped and signed by HR. I work with MNC and they have all digital process. Now I am in problem as registration is pending any suggestions or help would be great..
You'll have to provide Form 60 in physical form only. But I don't think any company would just give GST certificate to its employees. So I'd suggest that you walk in the RTO yourself and get your documents verified for further processing instead of relying on dealer. You can take help from local agents outside RTO. Dealers have made the BH Registration process very cumbersome.
Very nicely explained. Should I go for BH series in Maharashtra? car is for ex showroom 19.20 lacs. I don't have to travel inter state I am just looking at this from cost savings perspective.
You forgot to mention fuel type. Anyway if you buy petrol car, you'll shell out 2.3 lakh for state series & 2.4 lakh for BH series (for 15 years). If you're buying diesel, you'll pay 2.68 lakh for state series & 2.88 lakh for BH series, again for 15 years. If you buy EV, you'll be paying 1.9 lakh for BH series. Can't tell you about state series no. for it as I am unaware of the ongoing tax rate for EV in Maharashtra. You can see that state series will attract slightly less tax but has to be paid upfront. Hence BH series makes more sense. Make your choice accordingly. Hope this helps.
Thanks a lot Sir. One doubt Sir after got the BH NUMBER, want to shift the car from one state to other. Is it require to intimate the rto of the destination state.
To be honest, these things are still doubtful as I haven't come across with someone who has changed his state after getting BH registration. But as per the official gazette, in the event of state change, you'll have to intimate your RTO of registration in Form 33 electronically through the portal. Thanks for watching 😊
Question ; after 2 years only have to pay taxes? ..... Or again have to submit the documents of the private company with 4 brances.... Reason of asking what if guy switch the job after buying the and the new company doesn't match the t &c (pvt. Jobs)
This video is an year old Mr. Alam. The original Gazette for BH Registration was vague which created lots of confusion & it was exploited due to inherent loopholes. Later, government released update on BH Registration to prevent misuse. As per the latest rules, a person has to remain BH eligible throughout the lifetime of the registration period. And you'll have to upload Form 60 each time you pay tour tax installment. So, once you leave your old job and join a new one which makes you BH ineligible, you won't be able to pay your next tax installment on absence of Form 60. & you'll have to surrender your BH registration and opt for a state registration. Hope this clears your confusion.
If your diesel car is registered with BH series, validity printed on your RC will be 15 years. Still you cannot drive your diesel car in NCR after 10 years. But you definitely can drive it outside NCR till 15 years. Hope this helps.
For private employees,is necessary to give GST number along with 4 location of company address for BH series number??? Pune RTO has puts objection like this to me
Only office addresses are required as per the gazette but the dealers are demanding GST numbers and some are even asking for GST certificates as well which is almost impossible for private employees to get. They are just overcomplicating the process. Try to persuade the RTO officials under table or approach any broker for the same. This is the only resort as of now if you really want to get BH number easily.
After how many years can sell BH registered car. Sir let me one more thing is NOC is required when sell within state . Every one is confused even RTO also confused .plz help if u know about these points 1
You can sell your car whenever you want. There is no such compulsion. All you need to know that if your prospective buyer is not eligible for BH registration, then he will need to cancel the current BH registration and apply for local State series registration.
You asked a question & I answered it promptly. What makes you think I lied to you brother? Main thode hi apko car bech raha hu jo apse jhuth bolunga. Below is the link of the ammendment rule of Official BH Registration Gazette released on October, 2022. www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&opi=89978449&url=morth.nic.in/sites/default/files/notifications_document/Draft%2520Amendment%2520to%2520BH%2520Series%2520Registration%2520Mark%2520Rules.pdf&ved=2ahUKEwi4nY3tv8mHAxX8RmwGHRSEAmAQFnoECBcQAQ&usg=AOvVaw0XIQ5Q2PBKcyDn1aXGGZ8C Download and read it yourself. It is nowhere mentioned that you have to retain the vehicle for minimum 2 years before you can resell it. I only told what official gazette said. Baki galti kisi se bhi ho sakti hai, main bhi insaan hi hu. You show me the article where you read that rule & I'll acknowledge my mistake.
Beautifully explained Sir. Just try to give one reply. I have booked a vehicle in Delhi to be registered under BH regstration. and I belong to Telangana State. I will be retiring from PSU in another two years after which I wlll take the vehicle to Hyderabad. Pl. tell me whether I can pay next instalment of Road Tax in 2025 in Hyderabad. Request to give a reply.
Tax installments of BH registration has to be paid online. So doesn't matter where you relocate sir, you won't have to visit RTO for any tax related purposes. Thanks a lot for watching 🙂
I am working in Punjab National Bank as a clerk. I ask dealer for bh no for my new car. He said after contact to DTO office that only branch manager or upper post can apply for bh no series. Is this true??
Hi... Punjab me kisi bhi district me BH series ka registration nahi ho raha hai ... Nearest Chandigarh me he ho raha hai... Kya mai nayi gaadi(bike) Chandigarh se register karwa sakta hu BH series k liye ?
Depreciation in car value has nothing to do with tax. Think of it this way; just assume that you purchase a car worth ₹ 10 lakhs and you have to pay ₹ 1 lakh upfront as Motor vehicle tax for State series registration. Now if you opt for BH series instead, you get the facility to pay this ₹ 1 lakh MV tax over 15 years in installments. Now these installments are already calculated, at the time of registration, on the showroom price of the car. So depriciating car price won't affect tax rate in any way. Hope this helps ✌️
The rule was implemented in September 2021. So wait for one more month & you'll get all the answers when people start to pay their next tax installment starting September 2023.
Very nicely explained. I want to purchase petrol car in Rajasthan and ex showroom price is 8.69 Approx kindly advice me that BH or Local no will be beneficial to me as i am eligible for BH no also.
For a car priced at ₹ 8.69 lakhs, you will be paying over ₹ 92K (lump sum amount) for a local RJ number. But if you go for BH registration, you will be shelling out around ₹ 70K, and that too in installments for 15 years. I believe now you can decide which one more economical is. Thank you sir for watching.
sir thank u for giving such a nice explanation. but sir i am facing some issues in having bh series registration. i am in rajasthan police and in rto they are saying that only central govt employees are eligible for this registration.sir plzz tell me what should i do and how can i get bh registration. and also plzz tell me if any one you know state govt employee who got this registration
I am extremely sorry to hear that sir. It's a law made by central government & I don't know how these RTO guys can defy that law. I can't help you in it, but you yourself in a law enforcement department, you know better how to make these guys follow the rules.
As per the law; yes, you need to. But when you pay your next tax installment, you don't need to submit any documents. As of now, all you have to do is just login to Vaahan portal and pay your tax. And you are good to go. So technically you can use your BH registration even after retirement. But government can change these loopholes later. And then you'll need to register for state series.
BH series is for people who are currently in transferrable job. But there is a loophole. It doesn't require any document or proof of your job while paying the next installment of tax after every 2 years. So, even if you are going to retire in 6 years, you will not have to upload any document while paying tour tax after your retirement. So, technically you can enjoy the benefits of BH registration even after your retirement as long as government doesn't amend the law and make it compulsory to upload your working certificate while paying your next tax installment.
What is the procedure to change the tax payment from one state to other state. Eg I have bought by car in Odisha but then migrated to Karnataka after 2 years. How to pay next 2 year's tax tax in Karnataka
To be honest, I also have a doubt on this one. What I believe is, since the process is online, you will need to select your current state as Karnataka while paying your next year's tax on Vahan portal. But as I am not 100% confident, I can't claim it to be true. What still bugs me out is that how the Karnataka RTO would ascertain whether you have paid tax for Karnakata only. What if you pay your next tax installment for Odisha again but continue using your car in Karnataka, afterall you have a BH number and no one knows where you actually purchased your car and paid the tax for? If you get the answers of these questions somehow, please let me know too in the comments. It will also be useful for other fellow car users. Thanks 👍
@@TechnicalLore No online portal dosn't allow to change the state automatically and ask for NOC from original state. I am thinking if this is the situation, then what is the advantage of BH number.
No sir. No such NOC is required. I read the gazette again. It is mentioned that you'll have to intimate the new Registering Authority 'electronically' through the portal in Form 33 in case of state change and then you'll have to furnish Form 60. You can read the gazette yourself here at morth.gov.in/sites/default/files/notifications_document/GSR%20594%28E%29%2026%20.08.2021%20BH%20series%20registration%20mark%20Rules.pdf Hope this helps
@@TechnicalLore Sir I stay in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Planning to buy a car worth 17lakh ex-showroom and if I go for regular registration I have to pay almost 3.3lakh one time tax. So, could you please suggest which one would be good. Your advice will be much appreciated.
In a state like Karnataka, with highest MV tax rate, you don't need to ponder much about registration type. You can blindly go for BH registration. You forgot to mention whether it's a Diesel or Petrol car. Assuming it's a Diesel car worth 17 lakhs, you'll be paying around ₹ 2.5 lakhs only for BH registration, that too in installments. I don't know what's more there to think about. If you're eligible for BH series, go for it without a second thought. Hope this helps.
Sir, I have submitted form60 on company letterhead with GST number mentioned of 4 states, but now dealer is asking GST certificate of 4 state, which is not mandatory nor company is providing the same. Any suggestion?
Your dealer is being a jerk. Infact, different dealers are asking for different documents in the name of BH registration. No company would just share the GST certificate with its employees. All you can do is persuade the current dealer or cancel your booking with them ask any other dealer if they can get you the BH registration easily. Alternatively you can yourself go to the RTO and have your documents validate for the BH registration.
@@TechnicalLore yes, I have asked the dealer to apply for the BH series, if it gets cancelled or rejected because of GST certificate, I will check with the RTO by my own. But, the dealers and agents has made the process very much complicated.
Yes sir, you're right. They have a healthy margin termed as Agent charges for regular state series registration. That's why they try to complicate the process for BH registration because it is a very transparent process and fees are to be deposited online. So no scope of margin here for them.
Gazette has the provision to bring the old vehicles into BH Registration but the service hasn't been rolled out anywhere. Even there no official announcement has been made yet. So you'll have to wait for it.
New Brezza Zxi is priced at 10.86 lakhs. If you go for BH registration with this car, you'll be paying a total amount around 1.36 lakhs (for 15 years). Means you"ll have to pay a little above ₹ 18000 for every 2 years. & if you want to know the local RTO tax in your state, link is given in the video description. Hope it helps.
Was looking for such information only. I really appreciate your efforts and knowledge sharing. Thank you. For a petrol car about 10.5L ex-showroom price, I would end up paying 1.5/1.6 L more in KA compared to GJ. So now I can get BH series and will save enough. Do you think it's right choice?
Initially thought of buying car from GJ only but again after a year, I will face issues in KA for driving that car and will attract penalties and other issues. So was really in a need to find such options. Also possibly my company can provide Form 60.
For a car with a price tag of ₹10.5 lakhs, you'll be paying ₹0.63L (6%) in Gujrat, ₹1.8L (17%) in Karnataka but only ₹1.3L for BH registration, that too in 15 years installments. So, if you can get BH registration, then you should definitely go for one. Hope this helps. 😊
If you change your state, then in that case you'll have to intimate the new registering authority 'electronically' through the portal in Form 33 and then you'll have to furnish Form 60.
Hi I am from rajasthan and going to buy Creta diesal , i m eligible for BH series registration , in rajasthan diesal vehicles right now having less tax then petrol cars as recently reduced Pls confirm if i bought car now and paid tax every two years which will remain same in next 6 tax slots . Or it will change if rajasthan govt. Change the tax rate on DIESAL Vehicles
Doesn't matter what current tax rates in Rajasthan are, BH series tax rates are governed by central government, not the state government. Since you want to buy Creta diesel with BH registration, you'll have to pay a little over 12% rate of the showroom price. You can calculate the exact tax installment as per the calculation shown in the video. The tax installment will remain same for entire period of 14 years. It won't change over time even if your state government changes the tax rate. If you want to take benefit of less tax on diesel vehicles according to your state tax regime, then you'll have to go for RJ series registration. Hope this clears your doubt.
To be honest, I am not sure about it as I haven't heard or read anything of that sort in the entire gazette or anywhere else. What I believe is there should be no restriction on the number of BH series registered vehicles owned by a person, because if there had been a rule related to that, it would have been mentioned specifically in the gazette.
Yes, you can do the same later on. You'll have to walk in your RTO and opt for state series number and deposit the tax on pro rata basis for the remaining life time of your vehicle.
As per recent amendments, owners are required to submit form 60 while renewing their BH registration. So technically, no, you can't retain BH number after retirement. But whoever have renewed their BH registration, all have reported that they weren't asked to upload form 60. So you can enjoy your BH registration as long as government doesn't make it mandatory to upload form 60.
मै राजस्थान govr(teacher ) का employee hu लेकिन हमारा other state me जाने ka koi kham nhi padta But muje " BH" series ki new car leni h tho क्या मुझे मिल सकती है? ???
I m working in central autonomous body organisation and our office is only in one state. When I ask for BH registration dealer ask me to give Form 60. Did the central govt employee need to submit Form 60 for BH reg.
Central and state government employees don't need to provide Form 60. It is only mandatory for people with private jobs. But the demand is exorbitant for BH registration, that's why some dealerships are making ridiculous demands. You can try to approach another dealership or you can directly walk in to your RTO office for registration process.
Pata nahi aap aisa sir-dard kyon lena chahoge lekin kyonki aap ne puchha hai issliye bata du ki aap bilkul aisa kar sakte ho. Pehle aap ko apni car ka BH number de-register karwana hoga. Uske liye apko uss RTO me application dena hoga jahan se BH-number allot hua hai. Uske baad apko uss state ke RTO me jana hoga jahan ka local number aap lena chahte hain. Wahan sare jaruri documents jama karke registration ke liye apply karna hoga aur apke vehicle ki jitni life bachi hai utne saal ka tax pay karna hoga. Agar aap ki gadi me BH series number hai aur aap apni gadi kisi aise admi ko bechna chahte hain jo BH series lene k liye eligible nahi hai to uss condition me bhi aapko same yahi procedure follow karna hoga. Hope this helps ✌
No, you can't. That would actually defeat the very purpose of BH registration. After every 2 years you'll have to pay your tax online for your state. Just in case you relocate to another state then in that case you'll have to select your current state while paying next tax installment and send form 33 and form 60 to them. Hope this helps.
Hi sir, I am working in a private sector and have applied for BH passing, lets assume after 1 year I switched the job and the new company has only 1 office and I will not get Form-60 from them. Please let me know what to do in this case?
There is a lot of grey area in BH registration. Therefore govt. is releasing various updates regarding the BH registration time to time. And as per latest guidelines, if you're a private sector employee and you opt for BH registration, you'll have to continue to be eligible for BH number through out the BH Tax payment duration, i.e. 15 years. But if you are not BH eligible down the line, you'll have to pay regular tax for the remaining lifetime of your vehicle and convert to local state series registration. Hope this helps...
BH registration is only provided to those individuals who have transferable job as of now. Since you are ex serviceman, meaning you are not in a transferable job now. So unfortunately you are not eligible.
I am working in Private multinational company having offices in 4 state, Form 60 provided by company , Still Dealer is asking for GST number of four state of office address., Is it mandatory?
Not that I know of. Gazette specifically says that private employees will need to submit form-60 only and if you look at the official format of form-60, GST number is not mentioned anywhere. Even I had a conversation with 2 guys who opted for BH registration, and they both didn't mention such things. I guess your dealer is being reluctant or extra cautious unnecessarily.
If my permanent address is from a state where bh series registration has not yet started and my present(working) address is in a state where bh series has started, can i buy a vehicle from the latter state?
I live in Delhi and want to buy a diesel Thar. I work for a company that has offices in 4 states, hence eligible for Bharat series. Will i get my diesel car for 15 years in this case or for 10 years?
Obviously your RC will be valid for 15 years but you won't be able to drive your car in Delhi after 10 years. Since it is going to be registered with BH number, you can drive it anywhere else apart from Delhi for remaining 5 years. Hope this helps..
I am working in private sector and have applied for BH number let's assume after 1 year I switched the job and the new company has 1 office and I will not get form -60 from them will i be able to deposit tax after 2 years without form 60 ?
You can retain a BH registration mark only as long as you are eligible for it. If you become ineligible later after getting the BH registration, you'll not be able to pay your next tax installment when due in the absence of Form-60. At that moment, you'll have to surrender your BH registration mark and opt for regular state series registration mark after paying tax for the remaining lifetime of your vehicle. It might occur to you that what I am telling you now is different from what I told in the video. The reason is that I made this video almost a year ago with the help of official gazette and advice & inputs from people who had already taken BH series registration. I also consulted some guys from Car dealerships. I made this video with all the data available that I could gather at that time. Things were not so clear at that time and there was lots of confusion in the official Gazette which MoRTH tried to clear in their notifications released later. Hope this helps.
You'll need a valid address prood for Registration process. If you can manage to get a Rent Aggreement or something in Bangalore, you can get BH series there. Else you'll have to go to the address mentioned in your ID card for registration.
Agar aap ki car me BH Series ka number hai to aap apni car kewal usse hi sell kar sakte hain jo BH Series lene ke liye eligible hai. Lekin agar aap apni car kisi aise person ko bechna chahte hain jo BH Series ke liye eligible nahi hai to bechne se pehle aap ko apna BH registration cancel karwana padega. Uske baad jo aapki car kharid raha hai, wo car ko apne area ke RTO me le jaakar apne state ka local number le sakta hai. Hope this helps.
Sir Maine service me rehte B.H.series number liya tha. But ab retire ho gya hu. To ab 2saal baad tax pay karne site pe visit karunga to kya documents chahiye honge?? Please clarify kariye sir
This is a really a new one for me sir, so I can't be sure but I'll tell what I have know so far. Agar aap BH series ke liye eligible hain aur aap BH series lete hain, to aap retirement ke baad bhi BH number use kar sakte hain. Agar aap ka address change hota hai to agla tax installment pay karte time aap ko Form 33 aur Form 60 provide karna hoga. Again, I'd like to mention sir that this is my best guess and not the factual data. And since you have already registered for BH series, I guess you have more insights about it than I have. You can easily ask your dealership about all these confusions and please let me know if there is any variation than what I told you. Thanks for watching 😊
Sir please mujhe bhi bataye agar aapko aur jaankari prapt hui ho iss baare me to, mera bhi yahi sawal hai par kinhi ke pas v sahi jawab nhi mil pa rha hai please 🙏
Watch video completely before asking, I believe you'll get all your answers. Jump to 12:50 in the video for your specific question. As of now, to answer your question, you will need to take fitness test for your car after 15 years.
No, it's official and mentioned in the gazette but they didn't explain its importance to calculate tax. If you calculate your tax with the given tax rate only, your final amount will be different, as I explained in the video.
At the outset I would like to apologize for such a long comment and requesting your attention to read it and comment upon it. There is so much confusion around BH registration. Thank you for making it simple. I am a central government employee and have taken BH registration for my vehicle. But I am thinking of resigning from my job to pursue my own business. What I have heard is that for renewal of BH registration at an internal of two years one needs to submit Form 60 each time. And if one leaves her/his job and remains no longer eligible for BH registration then the registration couldn't be renewed. Hence, the owner of the vehicle would have to apply for normal registration and pay the registration charges and road tax for the rest of the remaining eligible age of the vehicle. Could you please confirm that once BH registration is done then it would be continued further even in the case when the owner remains no longer eligible for it? Kindly do let me know if there is any circular regarding clarification on the same.
Sorry for the delayed response sir. See, this video was made almost a year ago with the help of official gazette and advice & inputs from people like you, who had already taken BH series registration. I also consulted some guys from Car dealerships. I made this video with all the data available that I could gather at that time. Things were not so clear at that time and there was lots of confusion in the official Gazette which MoRTH tried to clear in their notifications released later. Now coming to your question, I'd like to inform you that you can retain a BH registration mark only as long as you are eligible for it. If you become ineligible later after getting the BH registration, you'll not be able to pay your next tax installment when due. At that moment, you'll have to surrender your BH registration mark and opt for regular state series registration mark after paying tax for the remaining lifetime of your vehicle. Hope this helps.
Abhi BH registration ko start hue kewal ek saal hua hai, registration ka next installment pay karne ka time agle ek saal baad aayega, issliye abhi video possible nahin ho paegi.
2 saal ke baad apko Vahan website par jana hoga. Wahan se apna state aur apni gadi ka registration number daalna hoga. Wahan apko apka agle 2 saal ka registration charge ka amount show karega jise aap online hi pay kar sakenge.
Renewal of BH registration has to be done by visiting ofiicial Parivahan website. You can get some more info. about this by clicking below link. www.team-bhp.com/news/step-step-guide-tax-renewal-your-bh-series-vehicle

Hi Sir,
Great information,
One question,
In case of private employee: Is it mandatory to purchase vehicle where one of the office location exists?

Some people have reported that they have obtained BH registration from the neighbouring states by making a rent agreement there and used it as a local address proof.
behtereen video sir ..thank you very much

After using BH number initially for 2 years, can I register my vehicle with local state number for rest of the 13 years period ?
I don't know why you would want to do that but you definitely can do that. First you'll have to cancel your BH Registration and then you can apply for regular state series registration after depositing fee on pro rata basis.
Infact, the same process will be followed if you want to sell off your car to someone who is not eligible for BH registration.

I am not sure on this one. But I guess you'll need to visit your home RTO where you registered your vehicle from.

To be honest, these things are still doubtful as I haven't come across with someone who has changed his state after getting BH registration.

I have a doubt whether the value of the car will be same or it will be depreciated in upcoming years. So the tax must be decrease in upcoming years
Depreciation in car value has nothing to do with tax.

What if a govt employee retire after a year of getting bh series number? Do i have to re-register with state Registration? Please reply asap 🙏
Gadi lene k 6 sal bad me govt jobse retired hota hu to kya hoga.

It is applicable to all vehicles; bikes as well as cars.

Hi
I am from rajasthan and going to buy Creta diesal , i m eligible for BH series registration , in rajasthan diesal vehicles right now having less tax then petrol cars as recently reduced
Pls confirm if i bought car now and paid tax every two years which will remain same in next 6 tax slots .

Can I buy 2 vehicles on my name with bh registration?
To be honest, I am not sure about it as I haven't heard or read anything of that sort in the entire gazette or anywhere else.
What I believe is there should be no restriction on the number of BH series registered vehicles owned by a person, because if there had been a rule related to that, it would have been mentioned specifically in the gazette.
Can we change BH series to state series later on?
Yes, you can do the same later on. You'll have to walk in your RTO and opt for state series number and deposit the tax on pro rata basis for the remaining life time of your vehicle.
Bh series number lene ke baad owner agar retired ho jaye to ?? Can he retain BH number
As per recent amendments, owners are required to submit form 60 while renewing their BH registration. So technically, no, you can't retain BH number after retirement.

Can we pay the Tax in advance for remaining years?
No, you can't.
That would actually defeat the very purpose of BH registration.
After every 2 years you'll have to pay your tax online for your state. Just in case you relocate to another state then in that case you'll have to select your current state while paying next tax installment and send form 33 and form 60 to them.

Hi sir,

Please let me know what to do in this case?
There is a lot of grey area in BH registration. Therefore govt. is releasing various updates regarding the BH registration time to time.
And as per latest guidelines, if you're a private sector employee and you opt for BH registration, you'll have to continue to be eligible for BH number through out the BH Tax payment duration, i.e. 15 years.
But if you are not BH eligible down the line, you'll have to pay regular tax for the remaining lifetime of your vehicle and convert to local state series registration.

You can retain a BH registration mark only as long as you are eligible for it. At that moment, you'll have to surrender your BH registration mark and opt for regular state series registration mark after paying tax for the remaining lifetime of your vehicle.

You'll need a valid address prood for Registration process. If you can manage to get a Rent Aggreement or something in Bangalore, you can get BH series there. Else you'll have to go to the address mentioned in your ID card for registration.
@@TechnicalLore thanks bro ur so great u taken time and answered all the questions in comments good work
Most welcome brother 😊
Kya BH SERIES WALI GADI KISI KO BHI SELL KAR SAKTE HAI YA ONLY US PERSON KO HI SELL KAR SAKTE HAI JO BH SERIES KE LIYE APPLICABLE HAI ?
Mere father sahab bhi retire hone wale h Aur smjh nhi aa rha hai ki BH series continue rakh sakte hai ya nhi?
After 15year ke baad kya karna padega?
Watch video completely before asking, I believe you'll get all your answers. Jump to 12:50 in the video for your specific question.
As of now, to answer your question, you will need to take fitness test for your car after 15 years.
25% Surcharge unofficial hai kya ?
Bhai toll tax dena pdta he kya bh number walo ko
Bilkul dena padta hai bhai. BH ya non BH, toll tax to sabhi ko dena padega.
Lekin online kaise paid karenge ap batO video se
Abhi BH registration ko start hue kewal ek saal hua hai, registration ka next installment pay karne ka time agle ek saal baad aayega, issliye abhi video possible nahin ho paegi.
Mera ye question clear nahi ho raha hai
2 saal baad kaise bharu ga or automatic a jayega kya kitna paisa paid karna hai
2 saal ke baad apko Vahan website par jana hoga. Wahan se apna state aur apni gadi ka registration number daalna hoga. Wahan apko apka agle 2 saal ka registration charge ka amount show karega jise aap online hi pay kar sakenge.
