I love this song it is so moving. Never would of thought an opera and rock person could of collaborated on a dong that is so moving so beautiful. Each one brings something special to it. Watching them sing is so moving.

I thank YOU "Jane a sinner" for telling about Clapton experience... For I too have had a similar experience but keep wondering if if it really happened sometimes... One June 2006, in despair I prayed and things began to happen to me... and my life completely changed for the better. I continue praying for ever more with my own words. No one is ever alone.I am now using this song as a prayer for a better World for all, Let there be Light... Transparency... Love. WE DO NEED PEACE !
Beautiful, I too was in complete despair... girlfriend left after 11 years! Turned my whole life upside down, I was never alone I didn't realize Jesus was always there. I'm eternally grateful for my Lord that has picked me up 🙏.

I came across this song totally by accident and thought it was one of the most perfect songs i`ve heard in a long time. The differences in singing voices between Eric Clapton and Pavarotti suits this song to a tee, the soft ballad of Eric Clapton with the powerful opera voice of Pavarotti make it a song to listen to anytime anywhere.
