- Hey party people! Thanks so much for hanging out with me while I share this Target shop with me! Baby section / maternity section! I also go to Kohls and explore the baby section there as well! I have a TON of things that I need to buy for my hospital bag for labor and delivery, and also to prep for this new baby!! SO MANY NEW BABY THINGS! Lord. I have so many lists ... and I am slowly buying all of the things that I need! Many of which are ... shockingly on Amazon! ... say what! Yes. Amazon wins. Amazon wins at LIFE people. But also... like... Target is so amazing and they have new burts bees baby FALL outfits online!! I didn't see them in store at Target... but okay now I'm rambling... lets just shop the baby section at Target and Kohls.. oh Did I mention that I stop in at Home Goods at the end ... heheee!! Sneak peek at some halloween decor! haha run on sentence one after the other here. whatever.

Yes to the Solly wrap!! With my first two I couldn’t get the hang of the moby so I used the ergo. I’m so glad I got this one. My 2 month old has lived in it and it’s so soft and lightweight!

My youngest is 25 but my son and DIL have been trying for over a year. It’s heartbreaking that they haven’t conceived yet. My son who is 30 will make a wonderful father, he started babysitting our friends children when he was 14. They always considered him the best babysitting they ever had.
They have been through some testing and the doctors haven’t found anything wrong on either side so that’s definitely a good sign.
I pray because I cannot wait to be a grandma.

My mom always bought the going-home outfits for my siblings’ kids at a mom and pop children’s clothing store. They were old fashioned styles, but new material and most were unisex.

I’m 26 weeks with my third girl. I got rid of everything when we moved last year so I’m slowly buying new and gently used items. I did find a bundle pack of Comotomo bottles at Target normally $59 for $29 so I decided to see what all the hype was about and hopefully baby likes them 🤷🏼♀️😂 I’m excited to pack my hospital bag but I keep telling myself it’s too early. LOVE the hocus pocus bowl!! What a great find! I would’ve bought that huge witches brew bowl! Super cute stuff!

I used a baby ktan with my 2nd and i LOVED it. Easy to put on, benefit of a wrap without having to do origami 😂
Yep, loved my k'tan too. Used it mostly for indoors or if i needed a compact carrier under a coat. Going out for longer periods of time, nothing beat my ergo baby 😀

The backpacks look great for a diaper bag. I am using a smaller Columbia backpack as a diaper bag. The green and burnt orange dress are beautiful. Thanks for the lactation cookie tips. I am going to use the Happy Baby Carrier linen material (great to keep you and baby cool), buckle closure, purse strap secure with snap on shoulder, and no need for infant insert.
I love the frida baby toothbrush. I still use it on my almost 4 year old.
With my son I had a video monitor however after a few months I switched to the most basic simple sound monitor. With the video monitor I was obsessed with looking at him and it almost made the first time mom paranoia worse. Switching to just the sound one gave me more confidence. Being that you already have three I say go just for the sound one!
Where I live they made it so you can return amazon to kohl’s now. I would also check online for some reason it’s cheaper online for the same stuff in stores 👍👍

Im prego with #3 ..and honestly you do not need all things everyone says ..with my first all her clothes came from thrift stores from 6months till she was 4 ..i saved so much with just doing that
I have a Solly and I absolutely loved it for the newborn stage. It is SO freakin’ soft and easily folds up small to carry with you. Easy to throw in the wash, I love it!

We got the changing pad liners as a baby shower gift and I use them out in public so we don’t have to put our little dude right on a public changing table. I wipe the table down so it’s somewhat clean, and then roll out the liner for double cleanliness.
It's crazy I'm already 30 weeks pregnant. I love getting baby items. Cant wait to meet my baby boy 💙

The Munch Mitt is amazing 😂 my friend’s baby hated teethers and preferred her hands. She was chewing them up so bad, but the munch mitt saved the day for her hands and teeth

In my family it’s tradition that the father of the baby goes shopping after the baby is born and he picks out the going-home outfit for the baby! That way, it is the right gender and the right size! It’s also very meaningful to the babies when they get older, because they know that their dad picked it out especially for them (because mom usually picks out everything else.)

I loved the baby k'tan for my baby during his infant phase. I didn't have to figure out a complicated wrap and it was easy and comfortable

For infant baby carriers I love a ring sling. I have the maya wrap. I also use the ergo when they get older but I love the ring sling for brand new infant stage.

I loved my Baby Bjorn carrier. I always had other moms stop me to check it out. Super easy to put on, get the baby in it and resize as baby grows.

I love how real she is about how you don’t need a lot of things. I went crazy with buying stuff for my first and didn’t use half of what I bought pregnant with baby #2 and now know better.
I think we all go a little crazy with our first thinking everything will help, then when we find out the few items that we actually used we buy less for subsequent babies! :) . Congratulations!

I have both the skip-hop regular owl noise machine and the portable one and I LOVE them 🙌🏻 - I have that same bouncer and if you put it on with the hanging thing towards the outside it stays on the best - if you put it on the other way (backwards) it doesn't stay on - I wanted to throw the thing in the garbage one day bc it kept falling off and it's bc I had it on backwards 😂 I'm also video monitor person - it's nice to be able to check on them without stopping what you're doing especially when you can't tell if they are crying or if your hearing 'phantom' crying
Man Im 22 weeks pregnant but thanks to marketplace and rummage sales... baby got 99% what she will need (not counting diapers/wipes)
Over 10k worth of stuff we spent maybe 2k on!!
So I will tell anyone to just look and just see what others have (almost everything is new to used like once!)
My registry is more for fun now but it's got the diapers and wipes that I need along with other things we will need

Growing up in a mid to low income family I always wore thrifted clothing and so forth .. Now whenever I shop at thrift stores and then go to normal stores I cant bring myself to spend so much money on items that I could get cheap at a thrift store
I use a large rolling suitcase as a hospital bag but it has a few gallons of water, my stuff, my husband's stuff, baby's stuff, snacks, an SNS system with backup formula, etc. I'm trying for a VBAC this time but planning for a c section so who knows how long I'll be in the hospital.
I love the cheapest Infantino carrier. I also have a Moby but I just end up tangled up half the time. I want a Lillebaby but even used they're very pricey!
I like Burlington a lot right now for Baby stuff since Toys R Us is out of business but hopefully they'll be back.

Facebook market place is the best! For my other kids I never used a boppy but I got a bundle a boppy a first price chair and a few nice blankets a skip hop play mat and got it all for 15 bucks it was gently used and saved me tons 😍 I also just got my baby girl a jumper brand new inside the box for 50 they are 100$ at Walmart ☺️☺️☺️ plus with her being my last baby I’m trying to not go to crazy because we will never use it again lol
I would not pay $80 for a diaper bag/backpack. Got mines for $25 on amazon, not brand name but works just as well.

My sister used to work in retail and she told me that stores put the bad or sooner expiring items at the front of the items on the shelves in order to get rid of them faster .. Ive always never bought the first item on the shelf ...the first item on the shelf is usually also the one that everyone opens to test or smell etc
When my babies were little, my choices in baby shampoo were Johnson’s baby shampoo or generic knockoffs of baby shampoo. Maybe 3 choices total. An entire aisle of baby shampoo.....that’s just insane 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️. And just what the heck is a lactation cookie???? 😂😂😂😂

Kim splurge and get the hospital bag/diaper bag that you want, you deserve it! I wish the diaper backpack was around when I had my twins almost 3 years ago, it would of been so much easier to fit things. All those gender neutral Carter outfits were adorable!
Put socks in the little pockets!! We learned this lesson with our second! Some times babies/kids just don't want to keep their socks on, so shove them into the little pockets so they don't get lost in the diaper bag or your purse.
Target was awesome on deals for me when I had my 4th. I did a lot of Facebook marketplace finds (my winner was a baby jogger city select stroller for $125, practically brand new 🥰) and shopped clearance at Target. I snagged a Moby wrap for $19. I also splurged on a diaper bag but not a hospital bag, though having my 4th I should have because I mean why not when you have 4 kids!

It's crazy how much baby things have changed over the years. There are things out now that they didn't have 5/10/20 years ago. Especially when I was having my children.
