We are not sent because we are gifted, we are called and sent by God to do the work of the ministry because God predestined and called us into the work, however, there are requirements for the ministry.
In Matthew chapter 10 verse 16, Jesus says "Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves..." A minister will overcome wolves if he stays within the frame of his calling as commanded by Jesus, the Lord.
