Loved going to San Antonio. They have awesome Tex Mex food! You'll have to check out the Alamo and River Walk. Also the tower from the 1968 HemisFair. Really cool!
Thank you Adam! Depending on my work schedule, I always wait for your daily vlog. Or when I get home, your vlog is always the first one that I watch. God bless!
Near the beginning when those birds were chirping and you were enjoying that morning - did you notice that lawn? It was pretty nice too. Lawns make everything nicer :)
Hey, Adam: Yes, Delaware Punch is still produced, but in limited quantity and distribution. The name is now part of the Coca-Cola brand, and in the USA, it can be purchased only in cans and syrup form. Bottles of Delaware Punch can only be purchased outside the USA due to FDA product coloring (dye) restrictions. I drank this tasty, caffeine-free, non-carbonated fruit-like drink in the 1960s. Then, it was made with cane sugar. No, Delaware Punch has nothing to do with the first state in the U.S. It was named after a grape variety originally cultivated in Delaware County, Ohio. Kind regards, T. Phoenix, Arizona USA
oh give me a home where the Buffalo roam and the deer and the antelope play! Where seldom is heard a discouraging word and the skies are not cloudy all day...

Delaware Punch was created by Thomas E. Lyons in 1913 and currently owned by The Coca-Cola Company. The beverage is difficult to find but served in some restaurants in Houston, Texas. It is also sold in some southern grocery stores.
Delaware Punch is still being made by Coca-Cola, but it is very region specific - mainly San Antonio, you should get some at the store. -Good evening from the other side of the world.
While there are a lot less of them in this era of franchised multi-plex theaters, you still find them doing fairly well out in the "inter-city" spaces where it's a shorter trip to the little place two towns away than to go 100 miles to the nearest multi-plex.
Neat! Love the old gas pumps and filling stations. Wet Willie is a Southern Rock Band. Check out the song "Keep on Smiling". My personal favorite was "weekend". (A little old school funk with rock.)

The bottled form is sold in Guatemala and Mexico, but is currently banned in much of the United States due to a coloring agent, allura red, used[citation needed]. Delaware Punch was commonly sold at the New Orleans drug store chain K&B, before it was bought by Rite Aid in 1997. Delaware Punch is named for the Delaware grape cultivar from which its flavor is derived. The grape was first grown in Delaware County, Ohio, and the drink therefore has no affiliation with the state of Delaware.
Love the evolution of the vlogs. And, I can honestly say I can let the grandkids watch and I don't have to worry about language and subject matter. Thanks Adam, for all the cool tidbits about the locations you give us. Be safe in your travels. One question: Any idea or plans where are you going to be when the total eclipse hits later this year?
Damn....Woo wasn't kidding when he said he was going to start "taking it slow". He's been in Texas for quite awhile now. And I've surprisingly learned a lot about the state and of course, I've enjoyed every video. Especially the one with the Pumpkinhead- Billy Corgan!
Adam, you've got to get you some Wet Willie. I can't believe you've never heard of them. But I guess it's your youth. The pride of Mobile, Ala., they came to fame out of Macon, Ga., on the old Capricorn label, whose biggest band was The Allman Brothers Band. Their lead singer/Blues harpist/soxophonist was a man who I consider to be the Mick Jagger of the South: Jimmy Hall. They were terrific, and you can see them perform on RUclips.
you need a vespa! so you can set up base camp & then go explore . those things get like 100 mpg and I think they can affix on the back of Marge. just a thought.
Sometimes just cruising around watching the world go by is the makings of a perfect day. :-) (I loved the short clip of the guitar player - he was just making things up randomly!!)
You need to add a little town called Albany to your Texas tour, such a cute little town with tons of history. And the old civil war era forts called Ft Phantom just north of Abilene.
My friends dad did that to a tree once, filled a huge knot hole with cement because a nest of copper heads had gotten into the tree..... it was low to the ground, but not as low as the tree in the vlog..... he wanted to kill the nest of snakes because my friends tree house was in the same tree, and we played in it all the time.... the dad was afraid we would get bit. Last time I knew, just before I went to Germany to live..... the tree was still there and so was the cement. We never did see one snake..... he must have done the job right.
I wish I could meet you, I'm a big fan! I've been watching since last march. I watched today vlog and saw your in San Antonio were I live, would love to meet you Sir Adam The Woo!
Maybe you can get one of those battery operated lights to put on wall right there near the door. There cheap and are round and white. The dollar store might even have it. Just make it easier to hit that so you can get to the big light..
Adam, have you ever thought about having a map graphic of where you are each day? That would help your views visualize where you are and what's around you. (Thanks for your DailyWoos by the way!~)
Love the videos love the channel. You should come up to Jonesboro, Arkansas. We are next to Johnny Cash's boyhood home and an interesting burial site for some civil war casualties
Donna G yea there's about 4 confederate civil war soldiers buried in the middle of town right next to a Starbucks. They have a monument and headstones for every fallen soldier. It's such an odd place if you could see it for a mini cemetery.
Tiber Septim My hometown has a small building belonging to Joshua Giddings. He worked closely with Abraham Lincoln. There is alot of historical documents and letters from President Lincoln there that have been preserved. It was sickening when the town uprooted the building and moved it to a different location so that they could build a Mc Donalds. Many of us townspeople were NOT happy. Its a sad thing when stuff like that happens.
The only way I have heard of Delaware Punch is from an old episode of Gilligan's Island. Gilligan was singing a song that mentions it. It went like..."Ice cream soda, Delaware Punch! Tell me the name of your honey-bunch!" LOL!
I just love my daily Woo! I've been watching every single day for almost a year now! Wouldn't have any other way!!
I'm so tired but I HAVE to watch your newest video before bed every night.
Loved going to San Antonio. They have awesome Tex Mex food!
You'll have to check out the Alamo and River Walk. Also the tower from the 1968 HemisFair. Really cool!
Crazy jealous of your adventure! The small towns have the most amazing stuff in them.
Thank you Adam! Depending on my work schedule, I always wait for your daily vlog. Or when I get home, your vlog is always the first one that I watch. God bless!

oh give me a home where the Buffalo roam and the deer and the antelope play! Where seldom is heard a discouraging word and the skies are not cloudy all day...
My father taught it to us thusly: Oh give me a home, where the buffalo roam, and I'll show you a house full of......

Delaware Punch is still being made by Coca-Cola, but it is very region specific - mainly San Antonio, you should get some at the store. -Good evening from the other side of the world.

Another song from them I like is "Dixie Rock"
JohnAudioTech - that's a great one, one of my favorites is "Everything That Cha Do Will Come Back To You"
I looked it up, yeah I remember that song
I thought they sounded familiar. I remember "Keep on Smilin'" from when I was a kid.
wow an old movie theater still in service!
While there are a lot less of them in this era of franchised multi-plex theaters, you still find them doing fairly well out in the "inter-city" spaces where it's a shorter trip to the little place two towns away than to go 100 miles to the nearest multi-plex.
