Wow! Someone from Nkoroi PCEA to kiss my comment❤.
1:22 mins of powerful intro!
If you hurt on the inside, you bleed on people on the outside, "powerful" that statement has rung in my head since i heard you say it , thank you , I'm ready to face my pain and not bleed on others , amen
am glad and may God see u thru
This is me right now... My past was full of pains. Sandy now am bleeding on my daughters. God help me. I have become for bitter from being so polite
It's very true, that we bleed on people and people have bled on us... We need to heal our pain. Thank you for advocating for mental health, it is high time as a country we prioritize on this.
I agree may we all heal our wounds
@@lizanjau3 🥰🥰🥰
This is me right now, bleeding on other people from not healing. You have spoken to my soul .
Reach out gal there is hope 🫂🫂
😭😭😭
@@Flipper_CountryBoy254 reach out it is possible to heal
Hugs to you Catherine 🫂❤️ May you find the healing your soul yearns for... In the meantime please be very gentle with yourself. Healing is not linear, It is very messy and complicated but it gets better with time 🥰
Would also recommend you listen to Dr. Thema here on RUclips her podcast on homecoming is amazing.. it unpacks trauma healing topic by topic. Sending you lots of love in this journey 💙💙
Girl me too 😢..
Most are not even aware they hurt you
BEATING CHILDREN INSTILS FEAR IN THE CHILD ! don’t hit your kids. Teach them while they’re young. Don’t hit them !
I can't have enough of this. So inspirational. So far have repeated it twice and still can't stop listening.
Forgivess is not for the aggressor but for you. Let them go so that you can heal. Very true !
This is very true. I have come to learn that you are that man or woman because you were determined to overcome certain pain in from your childhood life. There is hope for those who have found themselves at their lowest that people have lived to overcome their past pain. You can.
I am loving this
Thank you Liz🙏🏿
Asante dear, you have made me learn something
Profound
wow...thanks for this Liz
Wow I hadn't watched this but said the exact same words to a loved one.
For the longest time I empowered my childhood trauma,it really dictated my life to an extent of subjecting me to carry a lot anger, bitterness, rage and resentment..I never realised how terrible it was till I hurt my daughter..I thank God I'm working on becoming better by prioritising healing..It is a journey worth taking and I thank God I'm becoming better everyday.
This is just encouraging and enlightening at the same time. Working on self strengths
At sunset, listen to you, love you and empower you! Thank you for sharing your story and inspiring the world, through your advocacy the world has been made a better place for a soul or two. Keep it real keep it authentic keep it shared Moments with Justus.
Am humbled
Benjamin Zulu - its always good to quote your source
Oo am learning alot though the story has so many gaps. Every single action has a reaction. Control your situation and subdue it!
important conversation today
🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
I was listening the power of mental health and then we got to where it’s acceptable to bear children. Nooooooo! Your responsibility as a parent is not expressed by us beating anyone. We have also moved beyond beating wives who don’t toe the line. The mental health inflictions we cause our kids suffer from these beatings are substantial and can lead our children to the same rabbit hole down the line
This story is not flowing. I'm not hearing what her experience was, it's more of what she's learnt AFTER the trauma. Which is helpful... But
What's the deference between experience and learning, it's the same thing..
Agree
@@bettywawachira4790 No its not. With the title i thought she would share the experience she went through, not after..but what that trauma was.
