Alot of people are just too sick to clean...alot have heart issues, diabetes...post stroke....muscle weakness etc...

I always clean the bowl first, then put the lid down. Because it just doesn't feel clean to lay over an open toilet. But yes, little boy and old men don't care where they splash

I use a toothbrush on the bathroom grout between tiles, what cleaning solution works best on heavy traffic area. I’m getting too old for this. My knees don’t work like they used too.

I use a kneeling pad, but not from the hardware store; I use a BALANCE PAD, which is for physiotherapy, so it's a much thicker foam pad than normal. Perfect for my knees!

My husband was taught to pee sitting down and taught our son same. He's 41 now with a wife and 2 daughters. They are all happy he does this even though he was teased as a teenager for doing it.

Most of the time it can be avoided by using a floor scratch pad that has a long handle attachment. It's about working smarter, not harder. Body mechanics is very important to be aware of. They make rotating brushes with handles and different settings too. Those do a great job!
