I’m sure it’s possible in PowerPoint but a lot of artwork, storyboards , voice actors etc would be required ... I will have a think about it but can’t promise anything

I’ve seen PowerPoint spice videos before back when I started 3-4 years ago. I think she did a firework animation and a really good pokemon animation.
