How and when to counter rotate in high performance skiing

    0:20 Love the borders shrug! Dude! Why TF are you blocking to=he entire run just at the top of the lift?
    Patrick - you need to think more be careful about where you stop as to not to disrupt other riders

    总而言之:大弯可以一直保持stack up position, 小弯可以counter rotate保持上身一直朝山下。

      In slalom you're always facing the valley. In giant slalom not. The more you ski away from the fall line the less "counter rotation" you have. I'd never tell anybody when do i counter rotate, because for 99 % of all holiday skiers it's not good to think about that stuff. Never ever rotate and counter rotate until you race. And that's for pros only.
