I don't know about Rina but Lucy is very good, Lucy's minions cause physical damage

Lucy just buffs the team's crit. With Rina, the team inherents 25% of her PEN + 10% up to 30.
Nicole on the other hand straight up debuff the enemy's DEF and with her W-Engine buff's your Team's ATK DMG
