I love how the entire audience had such an excited reaction upon seeing the teletubbies, like their inner child coming back out and enjoying the easy times where they would just sit on the sofa and watch the teletubbies on tv, it legit almost brought a tear to my eye since i remember those times too, and i was (and deep down i still am) a fan of the teletubbies

This is like if Barney came up on stage for us in the US or Muppets or Sesame Street, we would all be cheering like crazy. The fact that they came back and everyone was happy to see them just shows they still are beloved to this day.

Didn't have the Teletubbies performing Single Ladies on my 2022 bingo...but here we are. Simon knew it's been 25 years since he helped them with their success, so understandably he wasn't standing up but was processing the fact it's actually them and taking it all in. And he knew he couldn't refuse a hug. Nostalgia...it's a beautiful thing
My baby sister passed away when we were kids and Barney, Winnie the Pooh and the Teletubbies were a few of the shows we loved to watch. Po was her ABSOLUTE favorite and I haven't watched the show since she passed in the 90s, I cried, excitedly, at this entire audition! They are my Beyonce! How I wish I could send this to my sister or watch it with her. Long live The Teletubbies 🥰🥺😘😘 Big 🫂 Hug!!!

Even though I was an adult, watching the teletubbies was nothing to be ashamed of. It reminds me of the whole geography humming the theme tune to the flumps. It was something that had to and needed to be done. It was just the right thing for the right time. Even the teacher was amused.
I quite enjoy when Simon shows his softer side on this show. I also find it really adorable the audience are wearing party hats like they used to be when they celebrate parties as a child. Very fitting for an occasion like the Teletubbies' 25th anniversary. It's enough to make a grown man cry...and that's okay

Oddly, I always thought they were ultra creepy and totally lame. Makes me want to puke... I honestly thought that the world had discontinued them, permanently.
It's moments like this when you realise just how large the Teletubbies costumes are. That's why the rabbits in the show had to be Flemish Giants.
This is absolutely amazing seeing them in Britain’s got talent live in person 😊 and Simon’s reaction on them was so funny as well 😆
This is why it was good to be a kid in the 90s. As much as I used to make fun of the Teletubbies when I was in mid-to-late elementary school, the truth is: I watched them for a period of time when I was young.
And I loved them. So cute, happy, and goofy in their own distinct, yet harmless and generally toxin-free way.
Now as a grown person, it makes me tear up to see them ON STAGE and... I just want to hug them and cry out I don't know how many apology's worth of tears I owe to them.
Because you never know what you have until it's gone.
That’s real talent there! Good to see the Tubbies again, hope they win! Remember them from day one on BBC and thought wtf but my little toddler at the time loved them! 👍👍

The Teletubbies are Eliminated from the Judge Cuts but it was fun having them on the show and i love their audition and i loved when Simon Cowell Had A Big hug with them, I want them to Come on America's Got Talent and Canada's Got Talent To see what the American and Canadian Judges think of them

I use to watch the teletubbies all the time. This made me feel like a kid again. I was happy to see this. I know it’s just people in a costume but I still wanna give them a hug. This just made my day.

I grew up watching teletubbies! I had the biggest smile when they hugged Simon
To the people who don’t know the teletubbies their the one show you’d cry watching cause it’s nostalgic and brings happy memories sure they may be creepy to some people but these guys is what made my childhood even better “thanks teletubbies for bringing joy to our lives”

to be honest the teletubbies were never gonna make it to the semi finals because they are too iconic to be in the comp they only came on to celebrate the anniversary of their show and Simon's remix of the theme song. they came on here as a joke. but even simon could have gave them a golden buzzer. after all he did help them

I dont think they were the actual costumes unless maybe they are and they just got scaled down because if I'm correct I think the actual costumes were like 8 feet tall that they used to film with.

They were literally my childhood I loved whenever the baby sun went up I would smile and giggle and stop anything that I was doing. Sadly those memories are old now, I miss being a little kid and watching that show. :( it was one of my favorite things to watch, so much nostalgia.
