If more than 1 month you can cut, but its very rare cases. Like these things you can make adjustment at final settlement of the employee at the time of leaving job, as it will not be a big amount that will effect your profitability.

Yes because when employee will complete one year and then you will start recording end of service expense, all your previous months profits will be understated. Also you can't record 12 months expense inone month, as it will be burden of 12 months expense on single month p&l. Normally there are very less cases that employee will leave the job before completing one year. Even if he will leave before completing one year, in that case: If you have not closed the year then you can reverse the expense by giving debit to end of service liability and credit to end of service expense. If year is closed then give debit to end of service liability and credit to other gain income account.
It depends upon the rules defined under labor law of each country. It may differ in so.e countries. Like here in uae if employee is not compensated by another day off during his working days then: Basic salary per day x total number of off days x 150%

You have to keep the joining date as 28 of the month. Just to keep the formula calculation correctly. For example: if an employee joins on 1st Feb, 2024. You will keep his joining as 28th Jan, 2024. This is because Feb is normally coming 28 days. Therefore if you keep 1st Feb as joining it will not calculate complete one month. I hope u understand.
