27-12-2023 को तीसरा हार्ट अटैक आया था, 6-1-2024 को हार्ट में 2 स्टेंट लगे है! स्टेंट लगे हुए अभी 19 दिन हुए है,
दवाई खा रहा हूँ, पर दवाई के कारण कब्ज हो गया है, फाइबर वाला भोजन भी खा रहा हूँ पानी भी गुनगुना पीता हूँ,
त्रिफला और इसबगोल भी 2 दिन से ले रहा हूँ ,
कब्ज की वजह से वहाँ पर सुजन और छिल भी गया है हर समय दर्द और चुभन होती रहती है, बहुत परेशान हुँ सुबह फ्रेश होने पर बहुत दर्द होता है
क्या मैं Aspirin की गोली को बंद कर सकता हूँ शायद इसी की वजह से कब्ज हो रही है। Google पर सर्च किया है
