Joel, I’m hoping your not just putting insulation in but, also speakers like your house and a heating system. Or is the heating system dangerous if you’re working on something mechanical? You make everything look so easy! This would be a 10 year project for my husband and I, seriously! The boy’s are so fortunate to learn so much from you! What an awesome way to bond with you!
Yes, there will be heat. We are going to put radiant heat in.

Joel have you installed a smart meter at your meter box? New builds in the uk get a smart meter automatically now instead of the old kind.
Just...WOW🎉 I asked (bonnies bd) - do you have the space in the kitchen to add pullout-lift brackets to a shelf for the crepe maker. Then no lifting it every time you want to make crepes...??? Cody is as hard a worker as you 💙💙💙
