Most people would think of freedom as freedom of speech, freedom of congregation, freedom of elections, and so on. In this teaching, Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche tells us that these are just kindergarten-level freedoms. There are many ways in Buddhism that through systematic training, we can gain real freedom. Rinpoche shares one of the methods, hoping that we can all get a taste of this ultimate freedom.
