M'am, I am capricorn rising with jupiter in libra in the 9th house and am an American living, studying and working abroad in France. I have lived successfully abroad for 3 years now. So, I don't understand how earth rising signs cannot benefit from the Jupiter in the 9th placement...I do also have saturn in the 2nd though. Explain please?
