Hi there, thanks for your feedback, we understand that the video is quite hard hitting - really that is the aim of the campaign. The video raises awareness of the issue, and of Action Fraud as an organisation, which is really positive. If people want to know what steps to take to protect themselves then they can click the link on the video and also in the description
why dont they show someone in an office who looks like an employee as the criminal instead of someone scary looking in a dingy brick box, you are more likely to have your details stolen by someone who doesnt look like they would steal your information. i also think this video could scare people into buying stuff on the net, as if they are not scared enuff already, good idea though to make people more aware to be careful, no need to scare them, we are not all stupid.
Ha Ha, you know its a metaphore for someone stealing the womans identity, pretending to be her. Thats why he is wearing her jewlrey etc, and nail polish as she types more of her info in. Ive seen similar one where a child is the victim talking to another child (they think) but then it is realy a man that they are making plans to meet.
i get people in boxing me that they want to transfer their money on my account, that they are in camps their parents where killed bla bla bla.. that they need my help to transfer money in a deferent country . i think these are the same people!!
Personally i find this an extremely bad video. Many people are still uncertain about the internet and this video is simply just going to scare them from using what can be a very useful tool. Yes we need everyone to be careful when using the internet but instead of providing useful information this video just demonises the internet.

@ScamWarners419 Thanks for the comment, the link on the video takes you to some helpful advice about staying safe online from our website
A very good video, however, a few hints and tips showing just how to identify a fake website would have been helpful.
Brilliant video - quite glad I usually order everything through Amazon!
