This bag construction is simply brilliant! I have some yardage of "junk" cotton fabric that needs to be used up, I think I want to try this with double layers to make a really strong shopping bag. These handles will NEVER fall off, or break! I love your channel. I can't wait to see what you will teach me next! After watching your adorable embroidery touches, I'm thinking I might turn that "junk" fabric into something fabulous. Thank you! You inspire me.

Great idea on how to make a bag with strong covered seams. Previously, I had only seen the "burrito" technique used for sewing pillow cases. The suggestion to attach the ribbon, offered by another person, would help keep groceries inside for a larger bag. Thank you. 🌻🐈
