Love The Asp, maybe a touch lucky to be in but I'm happy about that. P. S Nathan, make sure you turn up for the Target launch at the club in Stockport on Sunday please, all the kids are looking forward to seeing you! All the best.
Luke Littler has ignited interest AND re-ignited interest in Darts and he is a must watch player... but of all the other Dart players... I really want Nathan to win a few this year... I like the fact that when he is under pressure it just makes him dig deeper, when he couldn't play this year the competitions were not as good to watch. He's such a nice guy, the way he has been like a big brother to Luke Littler is amazing. This year, all of the players are very capable of winning each and every week, they all have the talent and Nathan has talent in abundance.
Sending my best wishes to the Asp, Really upset me on Sky they allowed a fan to make fun of his dartitis. He is one of my favourites on tour & I wish him nothing but the best of luck.
If it weren't for his injury and dartitis issues, he'd be firmly in the top 8, thus deserving a premier league place. Feel Clayton, Heta and Chisnall are hard done by though. But the premier league is invitational, not ranking, so they'll just pick based on success and popularity, Nathan is a matchplay champ, and one of the most popular players
Sorry but Aspinall should not be in. Walk on merchant ffs He's not had a great season, and his dartitis seems to be getting worse. Genuinely if he didn't have the walk on hed be nowhere near the prem.
The 8 player mini tournament format has killed it as a TV event regardless of who is in. Better for the people in venues but even the most casual TV fans will surely be fed up by week 6 or 7. At the worlds there used to be statements like "This is the 10th meeting of their careers" now its "They met 10 times last year..". Would even be better if they had 7 regulars and then a guest player from the area, Rock Belfast, Rydz Newcastle etc but then would any of them actually sign up to be the after thought...
Nows hes lucky but hes liked hes a fighter he wouldn't a been whining if he wasn't in where he still is in d rankings after his form shows ho much a fighter he is hope it goes well for him

He wasn’t fiery against Littler. He was smiling and fist bumping him after every leg. That’s was pathetic to do in a quarter final match at the Worlds. He should have missed out on the PL due to that
@@dranderson6071 Asp earned the 31st most ranking money on the year. Dobey and Bunting earned as much in the floor + euro tour events alone as Asp earned in all ranking events. Asp and Price were by far the 2 least deserving. Love Asp but there were about 10 players who would've deserved a spot more than him this year.
Not a bad idea just might be too much to do it all in one night . Every year bottom two go down and two come up to the top eight and two new faces come in to the bottom league
50/50 !!!!! I had Aspinall down as 100/0. An absolute certainty. Maybe not throwing his best stuff at the moment but Aspinall was clearly the first player to recognise that regardless of form, if you walk around smiling all the time and have a catchy walk on song , then there will be a Wildcard with your name on it. Well played.

Target darts have the clout off the Littler money to get their players into this event. He’s had his head up littlers hole for a year now and pretty sure his “dartitis” comes from the fact that anytime he’s off camera he’s steaming drunk
@@jonowhitney5515 and by being in the Premier league means he can afford to miss other more gruelling competitions... thus helping his recovery by playing less days
@jonowhitney5515 and? He can play the majors and get ranking points if his injury needs that much healing. You're contradicting your points with the next points you make. He can earn alot of money for 14 nights work, or he can play in loads of floor events over several days and, in your words, nor allow his injury to heal. You make sense of your arguments because I can't
Aspinalls a top lad glad hes in, all of you having a problem with him being in need to grow up and get a life 🤣 hes still 100x better than you ever will be, muppets

I hope asp silence's the doubters. great player, great entertainer. people champ for me. absolute gentleman

Well deserved great thrower and good character
The only change i would make is Mike De Decker in for Aspinall. Mike won a Major!
Pulled a hamstring walking to the oche 😆
Work with his father in law and a few people who know him sounds like a top bloke down to earth and just one of the lads 👍
