Just a heads up Camodo, there are a lot of clues pointing towards a sea monster out in the sea. For example, if you look at the bottom of the hard treasure map in the ocean, you'll notice some tentacles sticking out of the the water. There are also some pieces of evidence in the museum, more precisely some fishing equipment. Just read the plaque under it.

Hey camodo the treasure hunting job has multiple locations. The pawn shop gives maps for the farm island, the island with the houses, and city island. The one on the island with the secret base gives maps for that island and there is one on the jungle island that gives maps for that island

Hey Camodo if you go to the jungle on the beach you can find a pirate selling maps as well.

A couple notes for camodo do to know.
1) Going into the mini area of the lab removes all props, including metal detectors, treasure, etc. I found this out the hard way. ;(
2) there is a Venus Fly Trap artifact in the jungle trees between the Koala Bear “Mountain ridge” and the military base.
3) there is a sea shell artifact on the beach of the far side of the jungle island, near the Venus Fly Trap.
They are your best friends

To find things faster you could do 2 player and have one person grab the metal detector and the other person drive a vehicle with the person holding the metal detector in the vehicle.
