Rapper "Mitch" jailed for county lines in Stafford

- Kwame Giwa, aka Mitch of Birmingham, was sentenced to three-years-and-three-months in prison at Stafford Crown Court on Monday 29 January after pleading guilty to possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of class A (cocaine), possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of class A (heroin) and being concerned in the supply of cocaine.
Police stopped an Audi Q2 on Laurel Grove, Stafford, on Monday 9 October, last year. Giwa, a passenger in the vehicle, got out and ran off, throwing a white iPhone onto the floor. Officers later retrieved this as evidence.

Music requires a lot of investment, especially if you’re an independent Artist. Most urban artists and group you’ve heard of had road money behind them or you would have never heard of them.
Where exactly do you imagine music money to come from. Music doesn’t pay anymore. Streams aren’t shit. You sell cold hard tickets to shows or you aren’t making more than a guy on benefits from music. No matter millions of views. Irrelevant. Obviously he doesn’t get music money just like most of UK scene including our favourites. Only guys w music money are the guys Not about road. There is no such thing as a musician today 25.000 streams of music pays $4 that's my experience and the artist Gary Newman exposed the industry 1 million streams made him £35 . That is a crime no one is talking about but people pretending to be celebrities with music is very questionable.
They don’t HAVE to release their music on streaming sites. You can still release it as a file with a unique id embedded. Or conversely make it a paid streaming purchase and set their own price. Nobody else plays your music without risking a lawsuit so everyone is agreeing to it.
