Don't buy it unless you're exeptionally good at reading tanks and can make decisions based on the tank's statistics and not it's class. T77 requires a very specific playstyle that lies somewhere between a heavy and a medium. It's very fast for a heavy and you must take advantage of that by any means necessary. The armor can't be trusted at all and you have to expect getting penned every single time you expose yourself. The reload is very long but it provides you with valuable time to read the map and plan your next move. You can't take one-on-one fights early game because you don't deal enough damage to kill your target, nor do you have short enough reload to survive getting farmed while you're out. It's a terrible heavy tank but a good tank. Doesn't make sense but it does.
I absolutely love the T77. It´s not OP, it has good and bad sides, really fast for a heavy tank, yet no armor. Overall a finde addition for my collection.
Hear me out, at least for me, I play better in this tank and the other longer reload tanks because it makes me deal with my impatience. The downtime can be used to plan next target, relocating etc. I don't think this tank is as bad as people make it out to be. Sure it has horrific DPM but it can perma track people for full hp quite easily and it's quite fast for a heavy.
Yea I agree about field mods . Wasnt best idea but for us who have most tanks is nice to have something to grind for . Gives me a reason to dust off old tanks for sure .
