Tobi is too op to get taken down by kid Naruto , late teen Naruto that was teamed with kurama couldn't hit tobi and let's not forget even tho Naruto is older he still kinda dumb , kakashi figured out how tobi abilities worked I don't think Naruto could figure that out, and if Naruto is in Akatsuki he wouldn't know tobi is the leader he'd fight only pain knew who the real leader was if I'm not mistaking
