In the process of ceramic coating if the car is new it should be clayed and paint corrected with 1 step rubbing compound and after then before applying ceramic it should be cleaned/preped with isopropyl alcohol and then the ceramic coats should be applied and that too minimum 2 coats after applying 1st coat it should be cured under infrared curing lamps for Atleast 6 hours then the second coat should be applied and then again cured for 4 to 6 hours you seriously wasted your money on unprofessionals
