You can get the whole kit at harbor freight for 20 dollars with 4 sizes of nuts and adapters with a setting tool that will let you get into tight spaces !
Well thats a good idea only if you alreadi have all the components of the tool otherwise I think that one hand riveter wit multi nuts its cheaper because in your case buy 2 ballbearings 608 plus washers an the threader the material for tr frame an the rest of the elements ah of course in stanley steel minimum 304 so tha ss its a little expensive.

It's called a thread setter tool they sell them at Graingers and harbor freight tools for about 25 dollars and with different size nut setters .
