The staffs are not professional. They are very rude, lack manners. I flew with them last year from Lagos to Owerri and back it was horrible service. They are very corrupt, they take bribes. I still remember one of their lady boss, she is a big lady. She claims to be a wife of a pastor but very corrupt and unprofessional. She behaves like road side Nigerian police.

The worst airline in aviation history: unpunctual, unprofessional, lacking information, and not respecting schedules. A Dakar-Lagos journey taking 2 days. I strongly advise against using this airline. Absolutely to be avoided.
