Oh my gosh! Soooo true about Anuradha and eating (not liking to be hungry) and stomach issues!!!! I have Mercury in Anuradha Pada 2 and function best with light meals every 2 hours then MUST stop eating around 3pm or else there are stomach problems. I always wondered where this eating/stomach issue came from. Thank you.
I have my ascendant in this nakshatra and ever since I was a child I’ve always eaten lots of snacks throughout the day! I burn energy quickly and replenish it often :)
Anu Ascendant here - once I went on the keto diet, I conquered my hunger. Regularly fasted and once I went up to 4 days without food. Nowadays if I do get hungry, it's no big deal. Drink some water and the urge passes.
Iam anuradha moon.. I always had hunger issues. I used to digest food very fast and get hungry soon. I even used to get up in the night and eat something.. This caused me sleep deprived ..When I eat something, I feel everything inside me and outside of me is perfect or else I used to be very agitated, angry, sad etc.. Recently I started high protein and fibre diet especially in night( fibre and protein stays long time in stomach).. And also added good fats in the diet and avoided spicy, punget, sour, light and stimulating food( these foods will improve the digestion and makes u feel frequently hungry and also causes gastritis) And emotionally I find myself easy to connect with other people, devoted to my family and friends, universal love , extreme emotions, sensitivity is on point.. wow im also anurahda moon at the 8th degree and i do very small portions a few times a day also without consuming any simple sugar.. only complex sugars in fruit. I am also vegan and try to keep my diet as raw and alkaline as possible. I wasnt always so disciplined though.. I have ketu conjuct moon in vishaka and I was an extremely obese child who ate and ate and never felt full. I ate to escape my reality. One day it all just clicked. Interesting to see some resemblance though.
