No1 belived him tho cos he had no id so they jus circled us n called fed guy was a total joke the feds came back sayin "its an electrical box not even property" and "yea he wants to see our supervisor now too hes got a chip on his shoulder" lol guy thout he had sum1 he cud bully cos i was mega hi n chilled until he clumped me lol! Iiiiidiot thout i was gna be punchbag for his frustrations lol.. Turns out tho in uk we got new laws since last yr and fighting back to any 'critical workers' nurses pigs etc is classed as bad as attacking a judge or uniform fed EVEN IF OFF DUTY AND THEY START ON YOU.. basically the sheep who support and enforce the systems lies and opression get special treatment. Its pigs like that who end up Rists doin S A on ppl cos if caught they know ther still gettin away wiv it. Uks getting scarily close to feeling like im living in v for vendetta or under getting ups cck its sooo camerad up every little countryside village even not just city centers.. You don't bail out from the holding tank, Matlock. You wait till morning to see a judge. For minor crimes you're released with a follow up court date.
Bail only applies if you have not been granted release and are awaiting trial in the county jail. This is usually only the case for more serious crimes or people with criminal records.
Slawp probably say in the holding tank for a few hours eating bologna sandwiches and granola bars and then was released with a date appear in court. Probably via Zoom since he's not a CA resident.
The law is not rocket science. You have to see a judge first, who sets your bail amount and conditions, before bailing out.

They didn’t post the rest because he failed in escaping people…. It’s pretty obvious. He prolly sat in gen pop for the weekend and was OR’d. Probably court case most likely dropped unless they built a previous case which doesn’t seem likely as this looks like a visit to SF… he probably finally gave up or got tackled and took the artist approach and got chummy w the cops and prolly had a full length convo that he wouldn’t post because it’s embarrassing but that convo may have helped him on the paperwork side of things…. Who knows though
