- The Fontainebleau Las Vegas is finally open after over a decade in the making, and with it comes a brand new food hall to the Las Vegas strip. The Promenade Food Hall hosts 7 different eateries with a lot of range. I'll be showing you all seven options in this video and I'm so excited to do so!

Damn shin i'm really addicted to your reviews, so thorough and fair. I have to adjust to vegas pricing. Feels like 3 hand rolls should be about $15=18 and the tacos should be 3 for $15 with rice and beans. good job!

Shin First I love your food reviews! Been subscribed for quite a wile now. I have heard and seen very lackluster reviews of the food and overall casino resort. someone said it reminded them of being in a big limo. with your reviews on todays vlog I must point out that you used the word salt, salty, and saltiness 20-30 times Knowing your style the food hall offerings must really be loaded with salt with salty overtones and the saltiness of the bottom of a bag of potato chips. I have seen nothing from the Fontainebleau that is compelling so far thanks for your insight!

Definately my favourite is the Carne Asada Taco, it is perfect with wine, beer, or even just water and really is filling and something you can enjoy any time.

I was eating a bagel with butter and cream cheese at the same time you were reviewing the same item in Vegas. So I could taste what you were saying ha ha. The buffalo chicken wings and hamburger sure looked delicious. You have to love a nice soft hamburger bun with a juicy burger. The promenade looked very modern and fresh but they need to do something about the noice and echo in there because that is loud.
All and all everything looked amazing and I would love to try everything too. Thank you for the video Shin!
Haha, one day in the future we may have real taste-o-vision or something and maybe that can be a thing where you taste what I'm describing. It did get very loud in there just due to the number of people in the space eventually and I'm not sure what they can do acoustically for that outside of making individual booths for all seating perhaps. But you'll still have chatter from the lines waiting to order and pick up food. Thanks for watching!

Great reality on the ground review of the food court/food hall including pricing. Definitely sticker shock on the pricing, but clearly their geared towards the same high end customers as Wynn/Encore, Bellagio, Cosmopolitan, Caesar's Palace.

nice to see Vegas bringing in more food halls inplace of the traditional food court. I used to avoid the old school casino food courts because they were basically overpriced subway quality food.

Great, complete reviews. One thing I appreciate about the Fontainebleau Food Hall is that most outlets have larger menus. Both the Resorts World and Aria Food Hall food outlets have minimal offerings.
My favorite of your meals was at Capons, though I would skip those French fries for sure.

Nice review of the food hall. If you sign up for the Fontainebleau Rewards, you actually get more points from spending than playing. Normally, it is the other way around.

It's a toss up. Funneling everyone into a single line can cause issues, but specific restaurants that are more popular than others really get affected without it. For making videos, I'd prefer the former where I can order at a kiosk. Thanks for watching!

I also like apple fritters. Would rather have a fritter than a cinnamon roll. Used to get the Glazier's food marketplace apple fritter at least once a month, but Smith's bought them and they closed.

I saw you there near the hotel lobby Thursday but my friend was walking super fast in front of me so I couldn't stop and say hi. I did the tier match before they cut it off and have $150 comp to try some of their restaurants with next time I go. Can't wait to try some new restaurants.

Hello Shin. I like these lower priced foods you visited in this video. I especially liked the sushi hand rolls. I think the other restaurant named Capons is pronounced “Kay paan” for the type of chicken it is? A capon is a specially raised chicken that is supposed to have better flavor. I'm back in Amsterdam today after a 9-day trip to Vegas. I'm relieved I budgeted $5,000 because everything there is quite expensive - $11 for a liter of water in the hotel and $10 for a draft beer on the strip, which feels like a rip-off. If you plan a Vegas trip, remember it's not a budget vacation; having some cash on hand is essential. Fortunately, I discovered some affordable hidden gems, like the bar at Fremont Casino with Heineken for $3, Tony & Roma's offering prime rib for $9, and a reasonably priced lobster tail. The MGM buffet is also a good option, often featuring 2-for-1 deals. Despite these finds, Vegas is an expensive city, and it revolves around money, so be well-prepared.

I would not visit the Fontainebleau just for this food hall. If you're already staying there, it's not a bad option at all. I'm also looking forward to seeing what their steakhouse option is like. The table games were pretty standard. I played some blackjack at $25 a hand. Thanks for watching!

I appreciate that truly! I enjoy making these videos but it is a lot of work so it makes me very happy to hear. You can get to the parking garage off of both Las Vegas Blvd passing by the valet, as well as off Elvis Presley directly into the parking structure. I don't think their payment systems were working when I went to make the food hall videos because all of the gates were up so I'm not sure what pricing is for self-parking. I did pay $40 for valet this past weekend when I went to film Papi Steak though. I hope you have a good time! It's a beautiful hotel. Thanks for watching!
