I've seen guys use the remaining space as a minny camper..Maybe put a rooftop air vent to help w/the heat. Put a couple racks in the nose for gear,parts,tools. Take a look at somebody's toy hauler to see how they hang a bunk on the side.If not already equipped,a couple lights.
I have a 5 x 10 shop made Trader all metal why didn't you move the chalk closer to the front of the trailer was it because of the braces are to make it ride better cuz I will be putting one of these thanks to y'all in my trailer enjoy your videos fella
Good video brother but I thought those spacers y'all installed under the trailer are supposed to go between the bottom of the chock and the floor so it doesn't flex the plate the chock is made onto?
You don't need spacers, use shorter bolts with flat washers and lock washers. Or flat washers and lock nuts. How far from the front of the trailer did you mount the wheel chock?
Spacers go on top side to prevent bending the chock platform.

That's what I was going to say. I was wondering where they were when they put the bolts in.
Also come to mention that. If you haven't by now I'd definitely go and change it
Did you check the tongue weight with bike positioned before deciding the position of the bracket?

What size drill bit did you use?
25/64 (9.9mm) fits perfect.
