The two options I can see for this curse are it is a personal curse to specifically curse Stacey, or it's a curse to benefit Stacey's family at her expense. Under the first one, any family Stacey gets becomes glamourised around her, leading to the new family getting the blessing. In the second, if Stacey were to cut family ties, the spell loses its power and she is free from the curse - she is being used as a power source for a charm spell of some kind, to specifically benefit her blood family.
