5:30 for a bit of context that isn't visible on the photo, the pasta/ noodles (you can do it with both) are boiled with sugar and other then strawberries there usually also is some sour cream or yoghurt (a bit like not 100% blended smoothy as a souse). It's the best during strawberry season (early summer), because the fruits are the sweetest at that time of the year (otherwise they are imported)
